Me and my wife eat here twice a month. We always enjoy the great food, although we have had a few times that we didn't have good experiences. 1st time we had a bad experience it was involving not getting what we ordered. 2nd time was today I decided to go inside to order and ended up waiting 20 minutes to get our meal and had several people who came in after me getting their meals before me. Other than the occasional hiccup they are a good place to get a bite to eat...

The new Spicy Original Sandwich was good except for the spicy sourdough bread. It was NASTY. It would be better with the sourdough jalapeno and cheese bread. The kid's meal pizza was loved by my son.

I'm giving two stars because the food is decent. I ordered a new Green Goodness sandwich. The drive through lady who I never saw, talked me out of the large by telling me it was going to be $17. So I ordered a medium, with chips and a large drink. Then I told her I wanted a CINNABON. She said, "a cinnamon roll?" (At least that's what I thought she said), and I responded, "yes". Total: Twenty dollars and change. I get to the window, and not the friendliest guy running it. He hands me my food, says "Sorry about the wait", and the Cinnabon wasn't with it. He says, "Oh wait " Then hands me a small cup with a chunk of cinnamon roll stuck in it. I said, "What's that? Are they usually this small?" He said, "That's what you ordered, it's a 'Center of the Roll'." I said, "Noooo, I ordered a CINNABON." THEN, get this, he says, "Ma'am I was listening, (tapping his headpiece) and I HEARD you order it!" I said, "No. I didn't, I ordered a CINNABON." And what does he do? Does he say, "Oh, I'm sorry for the miscommunication, there's a difference in price but I I'll get you what you'd like." I would have paid it because I wanted and ordered a whole cinnamon roll. But NO. What he says is, "WOW!!!" And slams the window shut in my face. So I left. And I wasn't happy. On the way home, I stewed over it, and figured out what happened: I don't eat at Schlotzsky's. This is maybe my second time in a two year period. I didn't know there WAS such a thing as 'Center of the Roll', so when the lady who took my order said that, I thought she said 'Cinnamon Roll'. Therein lies the whole problem. SO, how about this. STOP presuming you know what someone wants based on what YOU can afford and just let them get what they ask for? I've been in sales the first twenty years of my life, you don't downsell, you upsell. Because I can pay for a $17 sandwich and a whole cinnamon roll if that's what I want! Stop downsizing the orders. Stop confusing your customers, and if you do, how about NOT arguing with them about what THEY thought they ordered when you discover there was some kind of mistake? The customer has NO say at this place, because their employees know everything, including what they think you should have from the menu. My advice? It's your twenty something dollars, but I would spend it anywhere but here. They don't deserve your time or your money.

Man, I thought Schlotzsky's had gone out of business when they close the Prescott Arizona store about 13 years ago. So happy to find they are alive and well in Oklahoma! Took forever to order tonight because of so many great choices. I did order the Angus Beef & Cheese which was delicious! Also had the Tomato Basil Bisque that was just as good. If you need fast food but want a better tasting choice, I'd recommend you stop by here and give them a try!

Young cashier did great and seemed to take care of the stocking and cleaning counter area. She was also attentive to customers. Kitchen staff appeared to be gossiping and got our order wrong.

Salad was huge! And it was good. Avocado could have been a bit more fresh but other than that it was great! I got full and had half leftover so that's much more than I can say about Pan e ra in MWC!

There is not one person at this location and I walk in they don’t even know that I walk in and I’m sitting at the front counter without getting help for five minutes, so I just leave. Very incompetent people here that cannot do the very basic thing that a kid could do. Also there is no diversity in this location, explains the poor service.
