I spent almost 1 hour in this store because I have hard-to-find-appropriate-shoes kind of feet and it took a lot of time to try on several pairs of a shoes. The customer support person, Rosario, was very patient with me and pleasant to work with. I know I'm hard to please just because I know I'm going to spend a lot of money and I want my shoes to fit as perfect as possible. There were a lot of people in the store but Rosario was very attentive to my needs. She also gave me advice after receiving information from the machine that read the pressure of my feet.
I would definitely recommend this store to other people as my friend recommended it to me. This store has a lot more than shoes for sale. The variety is very impressive.
As a first-timer to this store, I was impressed. The sales rep measured my feet, asked relevant questions for selecting shoes, brought a variety of options to try, and discussed pros and cons with me. I tend to explore things thoroughly, and the sales person stuck with me and stayed helpful. I bought a pair of walking shoes that have been very comfortable and have taken better care of my feet than previous shoes. I spent more than I'm used to, but it was worth it.
I’ve started running more and I’ve noticed my knees started hurting a ton. Was advised that I needed better shoes! I Run With Us on google. I was helped by Jose at the store and he guided me on what shoe would be best by doing my measurements and they used this machine to measure my arch and he gave me a handful of shoe options to try that fit my foot support needs. Shoes fit great and I’m very pleased with the entire experience.
Jose was very attentive and even helped me pick out some new running shorts!
Welp here we are almost 3 years later, and my feet decided to take the piss again. I came in ½ hour before closing time and absolutely ravaged the store. Peachy was very helpful and patient. Now I can resume the walking program which has been warding off emotional dysregulation, a.k.a. lunacy, and morbid obesity. 10/10 will continue to recommend.
Stay safe, my friends.

My left foot is in shrieking pain due walking on worn out shoes. These folks ask about your exercise habits and goals, and have a machine that analyzes your stance, which they use to recommend shoes.
Turns out that you need to buy new shoes every 500 miles. If you average 10,000 steps per day, that means you need new shoes every 100 days. And that, Dear Reader, is why my campaign to tighten up the ol' pandemic figure is currently on hiatus. I guess I'm going to have to cut down on my chocolate intake. Pray for me, and learn from my folly!
I bought the two best pairs so I can alternate days wearing them, which is another best practice, so I've learned.
I chose the shoes without considering price, and they came out to $130 and $135. Not the cheapest kicks on the block, but not too bad seeing as it's either this, or becoming a professional Jabba the Hutt impersonator.
In short, I am now a fanatical devotee of this store and shall continue to patronize this, forsaking all others, as long as my feet shall live.
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
Customer customer service and I love how knowledgeable they are! They helped us fine the perfect shoe for my partner and myself!
Extremely helpful and very nice! I went in looking for shoe inserts at the instructions of my physical therapist. Victor M. helped me find inserts that I think are going to work out great, and also helped me find a pair of comfortable shoes to replace my worn-out favorites. I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for your next walking/running/trail shoes.
Amazing resource for runners and track and field athletes. Staff was expert and courteous, Mike was exceptional. My son needed special attention and direction for shin splints which Mike provided. Total pro, best experience at a sporting goods store period, let alone a runner’s shoe specialty store. Track season never ends...be back soon.
I had a very positive experience here. A nice employee named Victor helped me out. He was pretty knowledgeable, which obviously made finding the right pair much easier.
While there, I got my feet scanned, my gait checked, and got to try on multiple recommended shoes. It was a thorough and attentive process, and I did not feel rushed during any part of it.
