Resorts World Las Vegas - Resort hotel in Las Vegas - 3000 S Las Vegas Blvd, USA

Overall we loved this hotel. It’s very quiet, has everything we needed and we loved seeing Kevin Hart here. The rooms are spacious and very nice, the only downside is the white sheets had an old blood stain on them from previous visitors and we did not notice until the next morning.

Spent a weekend here. We were able to check in at 9am. Our flight was cancelled and we missed one whole day. The front desk told us the hotel was sold out but for $40 extra a night, they could upgrade us from the Hilton side to the Conrad side, and I’m so happy they did. Our room was on the 53td floor, with an expansive view of the pools, the mountains and the strip. Our room was spacious, modern and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. We left our rooms A/C at 64 and we never felt hot. This resort is beautiful!!! The restaurants are fantastic, the pools are amazing too. If you see any chaise lounger with a red or taupe cushion it has to be reserved. We reserved two chaises for $100 and it was worth it, b/c you also can get poolside food and drink service too. I sent many photos home to my family and they all agreed this was a beautiful place.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at I could write a book about it. Let's start at the bar in the middle of the whole casino. I got to the bar order 2 drinks and the bartender has a nervous breakdown that the bartender who was standing directly next to him was our responsibility as if he was working at a completely separate area which he was not then after his nervous breakdown finally agrees to make the drinks. Every place you go to in resorts to make any purchase you are prompted to leave a tip on the cc terminal. Anything! You buy a single donut and you're asked what tip amount you want to leave. It's absolutely disgusting and I'm always the type of person to throw something into tip cups but when it's pushed in your face and slows down your transaction it comes off in really bad taste! Then I get to the actual room where the ac barely works and they don't even provide basic stuff like mouth wash and or slippers in the room like any decent hotel does. The overall service at the property is beyond terrible! I could write more but honestly I'm not even gonna waste another second talking about this place! Stay away at all costs!

Michael G at the check-in counter was fantastic. I thought I booked my reservation but I had forgot. He was so patient making sure he could help in any way. I really appreciate him taking such good care of me and my mom.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but came for a convention. Casino floor and meeting room areas are very nice and spacious. The food court isn't bad, but the food places we wanted to try were only open limited days and hours. But let me tell you the restroom in the area, yes the bathroom. It's awesome and entertaining. The panels in the entry hall have etched images that change with the different colored lights. If you're like my teenager, it's a great place for social media pics. Did I mention all the disco balls?

I always enjoy staying at resorts world. I’m never disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms or the service. The only bummer this trip was the amount of children running around, but makes sense since Labor Day weekend if the last summer hurrah. But like, children were on the casino floor, the pool area makes sense but if I am intoxicated gambling I don’t want to worry about tripping over a stroller. Please make more adult only areas.

Stayed here this past weekend with my wife, and it was a great experience. Most check in experiences are robotic and transactional but my experience this time around with Ryan was very different, He was very personable and enthusiastic. He also gave us good recommendations for places around the resort. I look forward to my next stay.

My family and I were immediately greeted by the friendliest front desk associate at Conrad, Crystal!! We arrived earlier than the normal check-in time. Crystal was kind, very helpful and was able to assist with getting a room that was perfect for our family. Kindness resonates in many ways, and I’m thankful that she started off our weekend with really good intentions. The room is beautiful and clean!! (Deluxe Double Room - Strip View) Thank you, Crystal!
