If I could turn back time and pick a different place to stay I definitely would! Everything seemed nice at first. The price was a little over the top for two people. And definitely not worth the room. The roller handle when we got in and tried to use it was completely broken off. I went down to tell the front desk. The young kid who checked me and my mom in said, “okay we’ll get someone to come look at it.” NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP. So the only way we were able to flush is by lifting the lid of the toilet seat and pulling the chain INSIDE THE WATER. Next morning after checking out we told the front deck AGAIN. Then when we got home I got a voicemail saying to call the lm back. I talked to a very rude manager or whoever he was. They said they would send a voucher for one free night because he wanted us to give them another chance and oh they usually don’t miss things like that when they’re inspecting the rooms. That was August the 3rd. I still haven’t received my “voucher” yet. Quality inn shouldn’t even be in business. DO NOT STAY AT QUALITY INN!
I cannot recommend this hotel at any price. I stayed there for two weeks (company booked) and was disappointed in every way. There is no elevator to the second floor. The breakfast is not good at all — I began avoiding it altogether and paying for my own breakfast at fast food places. The floors of the room are vinyl plank, not carpet. The place isn't filthy, but not what I'd call clean, either. After a few days stay, my body was covered in red splotches (never happened before). All I can figure is that I have an allergic reaction to the detergent they use for linens? Not a good place.
I think only a fearless traveler will come back again! The lobby is a mess. The room smells wet, the iron is not working, and some of the lights are not working. The bed sheets have holes..... I doubt the owner cares about the management. And the breakfast area is so dirty. The coffee pots are greasy, and you need to take a napkin to get coffee.
Poor standard - does not deserve to be called "Quality" hotel. Poor furnishings. The headboard of the bed was hanging down on one side covering the only available electrical outlet. There was no coffee maker despite the information on their website. No in room telephone. The tissue dispenser was not fastenened properly, fel out when taking a tissue. The only positive was a satisfactory breakfast.
This hotel was discusting! It was dirty. It smelled like pot. The side doors were unlocked. It was a scary creepy place.
The pull out couch was dirty and had a juice wrapper and fruit loops in it. There were no sheets or blanket on the pull out bed.
The front desk person was mentally ill.
This was a horrific experience and I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!
I would never stay here again. We should have slept in our vehicle, it would have been cleaner and safer.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
Positive: Nothing we left after being there for 15 minutes Negative: The room was disgusting. There was dog food on the floor. The lampshade was broken. The room smelled terrible.
I stayed there for 12 nights and I couldn't get any better service than I did when I was there. The staff were awsum and went out there way to help in any way possible. The room was perfect for what I needed as I was visiting from Scotland. I will be back again.
From jump I didn't like this hotel. It smelled horribly of pot. The front desk lady had a TERRIBLE attitude. Then we get into our room the door doesn't lock and had a hard time opening and closing, then we found a couple of outlets with no covers and severe corrosion in the tub. We finally laid down for the night and my husband said something was crawling on him so we got up to investigate and there were quite a few bed bugs 🤢🤮 we went to the front to let them know we would be leaving immediately they tried to offer us another room. I said no way.. save yourself the trouble and stay far far away
We had to spend the night unexpectedly due to some bad weather while traveling. I saw this hotel had similar/identical rates to other hotels nearby but had slightly larger rooms, so we booked a couple rooms and hoped for the best. Let me tell youâ¦t
Our family usually stays at a different Hilton hotel when in Sioux City, but this time we decided to try this hotel instead. Hilton hotels are usually without any serious complaints and this is no exception.
If traveling with children, this hotel is
Anne was absolutely amazing from the first time I spoke with her, through the duration of the 8 weeks. When my Daughter was awarded a Summer Internship and we were responsible for finding housing for 8 weeks in Iowa, to say I felt over whelmed was a
I've never had a bad experience there from my early childhood memory when it was a movie theater, to musicals, to concerts, and the symphony. The staff are very professional and it's even nice to come back and see their familiar face!
I was in town for a month, Abby and the team have created an amazing environment that is friendly, motivating, and challenging. Every coach I worked with was focused on form and safety. Itâs been more than a year since I had last done CrossFit, Coa
One of the best coffee shops in Sioux City and probably the oldest in the area. Worth checking it out. Amazing food made with fresh ingredients. A big range of signature coffee drinks, cold brew, iced coffee, iced tea, Vietnamese coffee, you name it,
