Great service is really important to me, and they provide it. Always has my wife's juice and coils. Help her out when she broke her pen no charge. I think Wednesday is double stamp day. It's great to see they are doing well.

Great place !!! Chris knows his stuff and he is an awesome guy. It's out of the way for me but I love stopping by and having a good conversation. He actually ordered a flavor he did not carry for me.

I absolutely LOVE Puffin Vape! I love everything about this store! The two people I've encountered there are not only the nicest people but they are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been vaping for about 10 years and have been to many a vape store. Some are fine with selling you what you ask for and send you on your way. Then there are those that employ these superior beings that know what you want because what you know is rubbish and they know EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING and try to talk you into buying unnecessary, unwanted "stuff" when all you need is some juice! Then there are the A-holes that sell you some juice and "hey I'll give you a really great deal today on two bottles of juice"! So you buy two bottles because it's a deal but when you get home and fill your tank you notice that the deal you just got was paying for two bottles of expired vape juice. THANKS! HOWEVER... at Puffin Vape you don't get all the b.s. What you get is friendly employees who will smile and offer helpful assistance. I went in one afternoon needing to replace a broken tank. The gentleman behind the counter showed me several different tanks and asked me what I wanted out of my tank and how much I used my vape, etc. After getting lots of useful info, I asked him what he uses and he told me about it. He even let me try it. He was right! I wanted a tank that would give me lots and lots of flavor, coils that last and a big ol cloud! I got exactly what I'd been looking for forever! A killer setup and an awesome vape store! Puffin Vape is the ONLY vape store I will spend my money in for all my vaping needs! They are THE BEST!!

I really like this vape shop. They have a great selection of juice and always have my specific coils. The guy who works here is very helpful and nice. It's the closest vape shop to my house which makes it very convenient and I would recommend this place to anyone asking. 5 stars!!!!
