Portofino Island Resort - Resort hotel in Pensacola Beach - 10 Portofino Dr, USA

Awesome place for a beach vacation. Lower key than other places in Florida. Because of a sea turtle nesting area, there is a large part of the island, just to the east of the resort that is not built on and never will be. Also, Blue Angels practice nearby. White sand beaches there are awesome! Condo rental prices are not bad. Food and drink at the resort are good... but not exceptional.

This was such an awesome experience! We've been wanting to stay there for years and finally had the chance. The view was absolutely spectacular and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There are a few wonderful pools to use with food and beverage service. The outdoor restaurant food is so delicious. The indoor dining was fabulous. One of the best meals! A quaint and lovely place. The resort is also on the sound with many water activities to choose from. We did a morning boat ride to watch the Blue Angels practice. Best seat in the house! The Captain and Mates were fun. We'll go back there again, very soon!

We won’t stay anywhere else! We booked from a website, and didn’t know what we were walking into. We pulled up to this gorgeous resort, walked into a beautiful reception area, was greeted by the kindness people, they gave us all the info we could get about what always available. |Then we went to our tower, found where we’re parked, and walked into paradise. The view breathtaking. The condo was basically sound proof, and amazing. The balcony overlooked the gulf, we could see hear and smell the ocean. The property was immaculate, they was always someone working to improve things. The staff was so kind no matter where we went. |We booked a massage. I would book many more, it was so relaxing, again the staff was so kind! |My husband and I have talked about buying a condo on the resort because we had such a great experience! If you get the chance to stay here…DO!!!!!

The pool, amenities, gym and views are pretty good overall. The elevators are very fast which is good when you are on a higher level but that is about there it ends. The mixed drinks are pretty weak and the service and customer attention at the restaurants is non-existent. This is a very nice property with multi-million dollar units and people who have money. They need to meet basic expectations for the level of client.

Beautiful location, beautiful room! Our room keys were disabled over an hour before checking out. I called the front desk and was told to just leave the door propped open. I said I can’t do that because our things were in the room and we wanted to go to the beach one last time. They said maintenance would come to look at the problem but it’s been 20 minutes and nobody has come. Very disappointing

We have been there 3 times in last 3 years... We have been on alot of vacays and once we went to Pensacola beach we were sold! Once we stayed in Portinfino it's the only place we want to stay!!! Gorgeous resort! The beach can be yours the further down you drive, it's a great private get away. The pools are nice and plenty of fun things to do. The condo itself feels is beautiful and the balconies has electric grills.

Our first condo (2 bd) had blackout paper on the primary bedroom windows, and the curtains were wadded up in the closet. Evidently, they were waiting for repairs. We should have been told about it up front and were not. After talking to the manager, Nick, he offered to move us to a 3 bedroom unit. We did pay for the upgrade, but not as much as it would normally be.

Absolute worst vacation of my life! The rooms were not only described inappropriately the bed collapsed in the middle of the night. The stove, bathtub, remote, and certain lights didn't work. Then there are no cameras in the car garage where my car was broken into. I can not scream loud enough to please go somewhere else!!!
