We stopped in on a Sunday late afternoon. There isn't a lot of seating, and there was a party in the back room. The menu is pretty basic, and the food was fine. I ordered a wrap, and the table got mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The Bloody Mary was good. The wait staff was absolutely delightful. Our server was very accommodating and super kind.
Pretty busy place for a Thursday night! To me that says that it's a great place and the locals like to hang out! We stopped in for a small dinner. Had two cups of the soup of the day, creamy chicken and rice... delicious! We also split the kids dinner if two burgers and fries. The bubs were nice and soft, the burger patties looked to be hand formed. They were good. The fries were hot and tasty. I tried the New Fashioned cocktail, highly recommend!! Our server rocked...and checked in on us often, even when we lollygagged and had a family member join us for a cocktail after we were done eating. Good one!!
A few of my bowling friends were at Point After Pub and Grille. Food was good except the tater tots had to be crispier. My tater tots were redone and much better. First picture of the crispier tater tots. Second picture shows the lighter tater tots not cooked enough.
Had our kids with us after skiing and while we waited for our tables to be ready they had sat with us and a group of others. My wife and others stood while the kids sat only briefly. The. The bartender rudely said " No kids at the bar". Never had issues with this at all until this time. Then the service at the bar was terrible because the young ladies only spend 90% of their time catering to younger guys in the corner of the bar while many others like myself waited to be served for a long time. Food was good but don't expect any bar service to be friendly.
Friday night bartender on 10/20/23 @ 11:30pm. It's not busy at all. Ordered 2 Tito & Vodkas and a menu. Got the drinks, 8 minutes later no menu. Asked the folks next to us if we could use theirs. Ordered eventually... boneless wings & spinach dip. Requested specific sauces very clearly to go with the wings (ranch, BBQ, Blue cheese). Got the food. Missing a sauce. Asked for it. AND THE BARTENDER LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES AT US and walked away in a huff. I can't remember the last time someone over the age of 15 rolled their eyes at me, especially when it was their error and poor service. We are not rambunctious patrons, not needy, not rude (I used to bartend & my husband used to cook at a similar establishment - we know how to treat people in the service industry). Waited 10 minutes for a drink, again, not busy. When my husband asked for a drink, she again ROLLED HER EYES AT US! Because this was getting uncomfortable, I asked the bartender if we had done something to upset her. She said no. I asked her why she keeps rolling her eyes at us. She claims she has not done such a thing. "I'm an eye roller but I didn't do that." But you did. TWICE. This was a jaw dropping experience. Talk to your staff owners/managers, time to teach them some people skills. Please watch your cameras. This is all on tape. For the first time in my entire life, I am not leaving a tip. Side note... we ate here two weeks ago and had an AWESOME experience. Our server was funny, personable, and attentive.
Wish I could give more. Like to visit once.in a while for good food and service. This time was just good food. Had to find our server several times and actually got most of our help from the bartender who was also serving her customers
Wow! Unbelievably fast service along with excellent food quality. Onion rings were some of the best I've had along with stellar and flavorful soup of the day (chicken noodle) and lava cake that blew me away. All of this was served within a few minutes of me ordering, which I think was the fastest service I've ever received.
I've visited Franklin 3 times this year, and have always stayed at the hotel across the street. I always come to this bar/restaurant for a drink and something to eat. Last night I stopped in and got the most unfriendly service from a bartender that I've ever had in my life. The place was busy and she was efficient but had ZERO personality. Infact she was a but rude. I noticed she was bit friendlier to locals. She kept complaining to other patrons, sitting at tables near the bar, that the waitress should take care of them but probably wouldnt. I've never had this bad of an experience here, infact my previous review was 5 stars. I've bartended and worked in the service industry in the past, for many years, and would not have made it long with an attitude like this. From other reviews I've seen on here, there's clearly a problem with a bartender(s). You would think, that a bar/restaurant within walking distance, from not one but now 2 hotels, would hire staff with friendlier and more welcoming attitudes. I have a few more days in town, but am reluctant to go back.

We came into Sweet Basil on a Thursday night. We started with the Buffalo Chicken Rangoon and Teriyaki Beef skewers. They arrived quickly, and fresh. The Teriyaki skewers were served with a tomato sauce that reminded me of a salsa derivative, it was
Wonderful park for younger and older kids that is designed well and setup for accessibility. There are plenty of places for kids to explore while keeping them in an enclosed space with one single entrance. Nice big area for eating a picnic or taking

We booked a king bed. The room is really nice and big. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are pretty decent. The bathroom is clean and looks nice with the glass enclosed shower. We didn't hear anything other rooms or the hall, which is a big bonu

Best 4th of July ever we had, my daughter and I on Saturday July 1st, with my grandson also, at the July 4th Civic Celebration. It was very fun to go and see lots of things going on at the park in Franklin. First when we came we went straight to the
Ok, I'll be honest. I was expecting this to be something of a "dive bar." Instead, it's casual, a bit darker and more rustic. Nice place to watch a game, shoot pool, or chill on at a back table with friends. I ordered the Pub Burger. A half-pound, ta
The food is very good. The place was hopping for a Friday night and yet the staff was very responsive and efficient. Steak enchiladas were very good and the chicken enchiladas were very good too.
