First time visiting Piemonte's Italian Delicatessen. It's kind of hidden on the block but definitely worth exploring to find them. This is one of the few remaining deli counters in Fresno with "real" deli meats and cheeses. 20+ types of cheese, and more types of meat. Domestic and imported varieties. It was hard to choose a sandwich as they have so many to choose. Decided on the cold pastrami. I was not disappointed!! The meat ans cheese were cut fresh. The flavor was superb. Fresh lettuce, tomato too. Pickled wax peppers finish it off for a delicious flavor enhancement. The French roll was fresh and delightful. I will be returning... must try the prosciutto next!!

Wasn't a fan personally expecting something comparable to Sam's. We would much rather eat at Sam's. We had their piemontes, which was good except the prebagged lettuce that was turning brown, which was a huge turn of picked it off the sandwich. I was also a little disappointed not to have indoor seating like Sam's. So we had to eat outside and then we were being asked for money by strangers made it very uncomfortable as If it was for someone who needed it 8 would gave purchased a meal but the lady asking well dressed just bout something from a store. So ya wasn't a fan. My sandwich was good. it just wasn't a welcoming as Sam's. Sorry.

Had lunch with a friend of mine I hadn't seen in 50 years from high school.. Pia montes Italian deli has been around for such a long time. My favorite sub..is the Aircraft special... The piamonte special is also a good sandwich. The deli meats are super.. I love this place, there's seating right out fron.front. check this place out for lunch...if your in the area..Tower Dist...

Solid Deli in Fresno. I was craving prosciutto and I found it. The imported prosciutto went well with the provolone, oil and vinegar in the hero. Throw in a tricolor pasta on the side and your meal is complete.

Another fresno tradition, great sandwich, friendly staff, been going there for over 45 yrs, the quality has been consistent, always a treat, great place to shop for fresh sliced lunch meats and pasta salads ,

Pretty decent Italian deli in Fresno....of all places. Ignore what's outside the storefront window and you'd think you're in a small neighborhood deli in Brooklyn or Da Bronx. Excellent meat case with a variety of salumi, including imported prosciutto. Good Italian cheeses, too. Housemade salads, fresh bread, and imported Italian specialties like tomatoes, olive oils, pastries. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

I've been here many times and I've never been disappointed. It's always good. All of the sandwiches are good but the Roman Delight is my favorite
