If you enjoy dinosaurs (and who doesn’t?) this museum is for you. They have a wonderful fossil display including the biggest sauropod I’ve seen in person. It makes the T-Rex look like a velociraptor. They also have an excellent minerals room. The museum also has many interactive displays so there’s a lot to keep everyone entertained. I went on a weekday and it was still busy, so if you don’t want the crowds I’d suggest going early on a weekday.

There are so many amazing, beautiful, and interesting things there to see. It's such a great and fun way to learn new things. I and my hubby had so much fun lol. I can already imagine how much the kiddos will enjoy it. There are also fun activities the employees provide, today we made finger bird puppets! I highly recommend it, especially for families.

This museum was a really fun experience. My husband and I went there as a date because we both love science and nature. There was plenty of parking (though it is paid parking) which was right next the museum which almost never happens so this was nice. You can tell the museum tries to enthrall adults as well as children because it has teachings/facts that vary between quite simple to fairly complex. My husband and I's favorite section HAS to be the jewels. The many MANY precious, colorful, and (sometimes) GIGANTIC, jewels they had were absolutely breathtaking. I can provide photos but they did not do justice in the slightest. I would say definitely give your more than 2 hours there. We only had 2 hours and we had to zip through the cosmos section and a good bit of the fossils/birds section. This museum can keep one entertained for many hours. There was a food court, but we never went since we ate and didn't have the time. For my hubby and I, as 2 adults, it was $25 each which I say is a good price. I am just giving this place 4 stars because of its obvious, should I say, agenda? (I wish I could've given more like 4.5 though). It has a section showing "where man came from" of course with ape-like people. I guess that is how science is today, so I am not surprised and the section was small so it wasn't too preachy.

This is a fun museum! We visited on a Friday afternoon, and this is definitely a popular place for school groups. The kids seemed to be heading out around 2:00, so if you are looking for a calmer experience the later afternoon may be best! The second, third, and fourth floors are full of interesting exhibits. The various levels have wonderful views of the Dallas city, and the museum is highly interactive. Parking is $10, and easily accessible. The cafe has some reasonably priced options if you are looking for a quick bite!

We enjoyed the Theater and the Blue Whale movie. The place was packed with kids from different schools. It was chaotic and crowded. We would have picked something else in Dallas if we had known. They should post field trip events like this. But the T-Rex exhibit was pretty cool. We didn't even look at floors 2 and 3 because it was too crowded. That was sad.

This is an amazing musuem. Parking wasn't great but well worth it. I wish we had longer. It got a bit busy but we were still able to experience any of the exhibits. They have science labs with short experiments, new interactive exhibits everywhere. The fossils here are very impressive. I can't want to go back. If it seems expensive, its worth it, just plan a lot stay. Basement level with Sports was my favorite and not as crowded.

This is a very nice museum, we went on a school field trip here. The price was a bit of a shock. I feel like the parent price should be reduced, you are rushed through the whole thing no guide to point out things or discuss any thing you are seeing. For 44$ I feel like it was not a good investment. The kids enjoyed seeing the stuff there but didn't get anything out of it.
