Palms Resort - Resort hotel in Myrtle Beach - 2500 N Ocean Blvd, USA

The third bedroom was very small. Only one bed could an adult sleep on. The master was nice. As was the second bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked, if you needed something it was there except for a coffee pot . Overall it was very nice. Views where amazing! The very tiny 3rd bedroom was really the only reason for 4 Star rating, if you are planning on sleeping small children in that room it would be perfect.

Will never stay here again! Room needs updating and isn't the cleanest. They have limited staff so someone is only in the lobby from 9-5 everyday. No room service. We had to travel to the sister property because we didn't have any towels! We booked a room with 2 queen beds and the beds look like they were $50 bed frames from Walmart! Never have been more scared to lay on a bed in my life! I think the only positives we had from the room was the view and the pools were pretty decent.

Needed updated. Floors were filthy. Sliding glass door to larger patio didn't work so everyone came thru to the master bedroom. 2nd bedroom should have queen not king. Fans needed replaced, warped. A lot of plugs didn't work.curtains hanging half off. Stove too close to drawers, couldn't open drawers. No blankets on the beds just comforter. It really needs attention.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived to find the doors locked to the lobby and no one at the front desk. Had to get in when someone else entered only to find that the lobby desk was only open from 9-5. Resort had emailed check-in instructions but the attachment was missing. There were phone numbers listed to call and we got messages stating the voice mailbox was full. After 45 minutes of trying to figure out what to do a woman who was staying at resort made a call for us and told us to go down to their sister resort The Beach Colony which was 3 miles away and we could check in there. We went and checked in and then went back to The Palms resort with our information to get in to our suite. We hauled all of our bags up and went in to 702 and it was a nightmare. Paint and plaster peeling off of the ceilings, disgusting beds/mattresses, filthy dirty windows, damaged outlets, patio doors welded shut, very old and dirty furniture and fixtures. Decor was extremely outdated and hung poorly on the walls. And the odor was aweful. When we booked this suite the pictures of the unit were very deceiving and fraudulently showed something not to be true. We took our bags and went back to the sister resort The Beach Colony and they switched your reservation over to their resort. This place was a little better but also needed cleaning and repair. I would never book at the Palms again and would have to see a unit at the Beach Colony before I stayed there again.

It was good but tv was gone and no one at front lobby and the bed is kinda dirty and the bathroom is horrible cuz the was poop stains and the shower had crust view is good though but there's two beds and there was 5 of us so someone had to sleep in the couch

Miss. Wendy is the most Amazing Person I've ever met. She's a Very nice lady and always making sure you are okay.

Stayed on the 12th floor and the sunrise views were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and our unit 1202, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was very nice with all amenities!

I never usually comment on places I stay but I feel compelled in this case because I actually think this hotel is dangerous. We got locked out of our room for no reason (there are no key cards, just number codes to type in), and there is no one at the “front desk” or anyone who would answer the phone. There is no toilet paper, the nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and although there are signs posted about non-smoking rules, no one follows them and there is actually no staff on site to report anything to— dogs barking, mold growing in our unit. No privacy whatsoever on the balcony and, again, smoking. It appears to be a hotel very loosely run by people who may be living there? Will never return. If you have asthma I’d never consider booking this place. It’s an overpriced roach motel.
