I'm 54, not active, and have worked a desk job my whole life. My doctor was about to put me on cholesterol medication. I decided to make myself a priority. It's been 3.5 months since I've joined and I've lost 22 lbs. and reduced my cholesterol by 49 points. I love Orange Theory and try to attend 5 days a week. It's part of my daily routine now. This workout fits me perfectly and I enjoy competing against myself. The coaches have been very helpful and are quick to guide or jump in when I struggle. I'd say they're pretty awesome. I've always felt welcome and accepted and enjoy every single day I've attended. Thank you, Orange Theory! I recommend this gym for everyone :)

I can't say enough good things. This is the only fitness program I've ever found that keeps me engaged, motivated, and consistent in my exercise. I've lost lots of weight, gained muscle, & gained so much endurance. The coaches are helpful, knowledgeable, and motivating. The staff are friendly & helpful and truly make an effort to get to know every member individually. I love all the different challenges and the benchmarks that offer a tangible measure of my progress over time. If you're even slightly considering giving it a try just do it! You'll never look back!

Not an understatement when I say this place has changed my life. I started when I was very overweight and never felt judged. They offer modifications for all fitness levels. Everyone from the front desk staff to the coaches have been so encouraging and helped me reach a fitness level I never imagined I would reach. Cannot recommend OTF and this studio enough.

Been going to orange theory for almost 3 years now. Been going to the gym for a very long time and never saw any result until I started at orange theory! The first 4 months I lost 40 lbs with just orange theory and healthy eating! Recommend to everyone I cross paths with and most try it and love it.
