Top notch gym. The group of trainers they have are the best in the game. I HATE running but the trainers are so good at saying the right things at the right moments to get me through it. Front desk staff is awesome, especially Stephanie. The owners are great as well, I’m impressed with how Tammy(owner)seems to know everyone’s name in the gym. Great sense of community and always a challenging workout. It’s a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend this gym.
Staff and coach were excellent. Very welcoming, was my first time there and walked me through the facility to make sure I was comfortable. Workout was really good, hoping it continues to motivate me. I signed up after the first workout.
Intense. But good. I love that you can see your heart rate & how you're doing on a screen as well as your coach. Everyone there is so nice & encouraging. Communication is key. Don't be afraid to let your coach know what your needs are & if something needs adapting, then they're there to help you.
Great coaches, support, fun upbeat environment with great music that keeps you energized. All of these things add up to positive results in reaching whatever goals each person has set. The monitors are also instrumental in keeping me motivated because I can see my heart rate , calorie burn and of course the splats! Just when you think you can’t push through, the coaches let you know you can. Love Williamsburg OTF!!
