Its a blast from the past walking in here, but in a good way. The valet, the staff, bell hop… class acts. The rooms & bathrooms are smaller & the decor is dated however.. well maintained & its been around since 1855 so keep that in mind. The rooms were quiet and comfy. This place was probably high class back in the day and those wall could probably tell stories. Surprisingly great stay & wonderful location!
What an incredible hotel! We had an amazing stay! Not only a first class hotel with amazing staff, food and very clean, but also a living museum. We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast in a dining room filled with incredible architecture. So much amazing history. here A hidden gem!
This historic hotel provided us with a stellar experience. We absolutely loved it. It's in a great location, right in the middle of everything. We were within waling distance of most parts of The Freedom Trail, great restaurants and TD Garden. All very easy to walk to. The hotel itself was wonderful and rich with history. The staff, from the valet parking attendants to the bell hop, to the desk clerks, were all super courteous and very professional. We can't wait to return!
Our company was hosting an event near by, the hotel did a room block for us. Booking was easy and my questions were answered precise. Once arrived at the hotel, receptionist was super nice and helpful. Felt very welcomed :) I would say parking is difficult if you don’t do the valet. Also, I had the executive suite but the bathroom was so small and shower fan didn’t work. Only one person could really stand in the bathroom at a time.
Have stayed at this hotel numerous times the past 5 years, always an amazing experience. The bar is a great place to relax, the food is delicious. Great historical feel to the building in the rooms. The staff are extremely courteous and professional . Richard, J, and the rest of the staff at the Omni Parker do their best to accommodate all of their guests. Will definitely be returning multiple times in the future.
The place was very neat! Room was clean and tidy. Lady up front the night of our stay was wonderful and very accommodating. Only thing is, I used a gift card the next morning (as I was told to by the woman the night before), and the man up front was mostly nice, but oddly passive aggressive. Said a few things like "Thanks for adding five steps to my day" and "Thank you so much for putting me through that, I really appreciate it! Take Care!" Honestly, that may have been him just joking around, but it was still... Kinda odd. Overall, and besides that interaction, really nice place to stay.
The history of the hotel alone left me in awe. So well maintained I felt like I was a part of history. The food is amazing and the staff went above and beyond. Bed was so comfortable! Felt very safe and well taken care of. No complaints, only good things to say!
You can’t beat the location or the service. We LOVE the Omni Parker house with Fanuial Hall just a few blocks away. And great shopping right near by. Also the theater district within walking distance. While the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are dated so if that’s the most important thing to you, stay somewhere else.we think it adds to the charm but there are a few things that need upgrading in the rooms. The service is always amazing!!
