Working with Rich on many computer issues over the years has been very informative and educational. Rich is my go to person for all computer/cell phone issues. He is very thorough and will work until one's computer issues are resolved. No matter what the problem is he researches the issue until it's completion. Rich is flexible in making appointments and is very responsive to any questions. He offers many suggestions & tips to make computer work easier & more efficient. I feel very confident in recommending Rich to any one having computer/cell phone issues.

Over the past several years I have had Richard N. help me with a number of situations including a new android phone, providing me with and setting up a new laptop, a new modem and a DVD computer player. He has intervened with a cable company on my behalf. Richard is a very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, honest man and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use his services again and have referred him to friends with positive results.

This is Sharon Dillon. I was constantly getting informed that my iCloud was full. I didn't know what to do. I am patient, but it was getting to be too much. I went to Rich Novell and he fixed it right away, clearly explaining each thing he was doing, so that I could easily remember what to do if it happened again. I used to be a teacher and Rich is that kind of a consultant. He is patient and demonstrates in small, easy-to-understand steps. Without any pressure, he made sure I understood. It was a great experience and I will return when I am in need of help the next time.

I first met Richard at the Franklin library some years ago, when I was in a computer class he conducted. There were several of us on our own computers and he was able to help all of us, not matter what type of computer we had and no matter what our problem was. He was amazing with his patience, knowledge, and expertise. At the end of the class, he gave all of us his business card and said if we ever get in trouble, to call him. I ended up calling him several times over the years and I either reached him directly or left a message on his voicemail, of which he always returned my call promptly. I would explain what my problem was and without seeing me or my computer, he knew exactly how to instruct me to resolve my problem. I have come to think that he is an expert and a genius, when it comes to all computer technology.

You can feel safe and comfortable when Chad Novell comes into your home as he is very trustworthy and a very effective communicator. Chad is always willing to teach you. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and explains problems concisely. He works well with seniors! I feel grateful that he has come into our lives as it sure makes for less frustration on our computers, cell phones, and other equipment.

I have worked with Novell Consulting for six years. He is responsive, understanding and takes time to explain things. I have not had any problems with my desktop or laptop, software, Internet speed, router, etc. I also have had an excellent experience with Novell Consulting and my new smart TV.

I have a 10 year old HP computer that I was just about ready to replace as it was running extremely slow and shutting down to overheating. But, I thought I'd try to save it. I brought it over to Rich and he greatly improved its operating speed and it no longer overheats. He spent plenty of time with me to explain what he had done and charged me a very reasonable fee. So grateful to have found him! He's the only guy I will be using for computer tech in the future.

Richard has been an enormous help to myself and my husband over the years. He is a wizard on the computer and if he does not know the answer he is not afraid of taking the extra time to find a solution. He is a man of his word and very caring and compassionate in dealing with many in their tech needs.
