This beach is another amazing beach near Siesta Key with clean bathrooms, free parking lots, and picnic tables. This beach doesn’t have white sand but the amount of shells on the shoreline are amazing. If you have little kids who love hunting shark teeth then this beach is the best! We found 4 shark teeth that are about the size of a penny each
Great beach to find unique seashells , dig for shark's teeth, and take in a sunset - even on a cloudy day! And you can't beat the FREE parking. Highly recommend! ✌🏽🌞
Beautiful beach! When we got there (around 1) we found parking right away. The distance from the parking lot and the actual water is not long so that was a plus for us since we carry a beach wagon each time we head to any beach. The sand is not white but more of a grey-ish color. It is a little not when you step on it but doesn’t burn your feet. It was a little busy but still plenty of space to set up our umbrella and chairs. The parking was close to the restrooms and they also have a concession attached to the restrooms. We didn’t check out the concession stand but we did see plenty of people there buying. They do have a few picnic tables facing the beach which is awesome! Overall this is a great beach and very well taken care of.
We love it here and Free Parking. There is a long walkway with foot and body showers. At the end is an outdoor restaurant that has beer, alcohol, drinks, and snacks. Mix drinks 7.95 beer 6. Food from 8$-20$. We love the beach here. There's usually a lifeguard on duty, which makes everybody feel safe. If you walk all the way to the end, there's a rock jetty there. You can fish or explore there's also picnic tables and some grills you have to bring your own charcoal in fire starter. All in all, great place we go here as a family. There is red tide, but minimal levels 5 safe for some people. Go at your discretion, but they usually have it all posted when you get there and enter the beach.
This is a beautiful beach!
My favorite parts: clear beautiful water, beautiful sand, restrooms and food both close by. Parking is close. Of course it’s beach parking, so that’s always some type of a challenge. You do not have to pay to park.
The beach is a busy beach. If you are looking for a solitude beach, this is not the one!
Very nice beach with some sharks teeth and the and drum circles Saturday and Wednesday 7pm till dark
It is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf suncoast of Florida. With some truly magnificent sunsets.
The best beach in Sarasota county if you are looking for the full Florida beach experience!! So many great spots to check out, the beach, the jetty, the food shack, the bay side, and even snake island!! Nokomis beach is such an awesome place for everyone to enjoy the beautiful shores of Sarasota county!!
This is another wonderful beach with the end of the jetty coming along the beach. You can walk all the way to the tip of the jetty and would recommended taking a few pics there especially when the waves crash and spray water! The beach also had free
This was my first time to the Venice Myakka River Park. They have plenty of parking, including handicapped. They have clean bathrooms. The trail is paved and in great shape. Thereâs a kayak launch. I didnât notice a lot of signs warning of alliga
Great place with outdoor and indoor seating, plenty of parking and boat docking. Fast service with delicious food. Nice view of the water, birds and dolphins! Watch for birds they want to get your food. Great coffee.
We had a pretty good experience for mid-week dinner for a party of 7. Seems like they could use more help as the staff was a bit haggered. Food was very good.
