Staff was super sweet however I booked online and when I got there they refused to rent me a room because I was local. They don't rent rooms to anyone that is local. No where in the website was that expressed. Not a big deal due to the fact that I wanted to stay where there was a pool. I'm leaving this review so others will know they will NOT rent to anyone local or within, I want to say 40 mile radius but that # could be wrong. The staff was super nice about it and the hotel seemed very nice for the price however I didn't see the rooms.
Positive: Very clean smelling. Sheets were clean, crisp and totally white. No stains. Hotel staff check in and out very friendly and helpful. Negative: There was small amount of mold above shower, air condioner was loud and probably needs to be fixed as it did not run all the time.
The location itself is not bad. It’s right by Walmart and places to eat. The rooms are clean but not modern. What I am leaving a one star for is the service. The service has been horrible. We have not been treated with respect. I checked in the first night and decided to stay and give the hotel a chance even though I was thrown off by it right away. We booked through a third party. The morning after, we went to get breakfast and was not impressed. We went to the front desk expressing my concerns and simply asked if we could get a refund because I was not interested in spending the rest of the nights there. I was not given a refund, so I gave the room to my brother and took my stuff out. The staff went into the room and noticed our stuff was not in it so they checked us out without us knowing. I still have one night left. The hotel got the cops involved and in fact is putting trespassing ticket (idk if that’s how you word it) on us. If you’re looking for a hotel with great customer service, this hotel is not the place for you.
So, I wouldn’t come here, to be honest. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff refused to help us. The pool is closed due to COVID—don’t ask me why. The rooms smell like old smoke. The TVs are old. The bed is comfy, though.
live cockroach inside a room… yikes! also the rooms are so loud it’s unbearable. you can hear literally everything, from moving in the bed to people showering upstairs. there’s random ac blasting at night. the beds make you feel like you’re suffocating due to how soft they are. if you have back problems be careful! the staff were nice though.
NO POOL they completely closed it according to front desk. We Booked because it said pool 24 hours. Tv only had a few channels that worked-reason for lower stars. The rest of hotel is nice ac worked, clean room had vending machines the front office lady was nice. Close to everything the location couldn’t be any better.
Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is 5am to 10pm!!! Large king beds and big TV. Nice bathrooms with toiletries. However, they've closed the pool to make a larger Breakfast room. People didn't use it enough unfortunately. But a great Breakfast and lovely stay, kind staff. Scooters coffee and KFC are right next door walkable distance.
Clean room, but hallway carpet needed a vacuum. If on the back the train noise will wake you. Breakfast is really bad. Biscuits cold and hard as a hockey puck. Would not recommend.

We had to spend the night unexpectedly due to some bad weather while traveling. I saw this hotel had similar/identical rates to other hotels nearby but had slightly larger rooms, so we booked a couple rooms and hoped for the best. Let me tell youâ¦t
Our family usually stays at a different Hilton hotel when in Sioux City, but this time we decided to try this hotel instead. Hilton hotels are usually without any serious complaints and this is no exception.

Anne was absolutely amazing from the first time I spoke with her, through the duration of the 8 weeks. When my Daughter was awarded a Summer Internship and we were responsible for finding housing for 8 weeks in Iowa, to say I felt over whelmed was a
I've never had a bad experience there from my early childhood memory when it was a movie theater, to musicals, to concerts, and the symphony. The staff are very professional and it's even nice to come back and see their familiar face!
I was in town for a month, Abby and the team have created an amazing environment that is friendly, motivating, and challenging. Every coach I worked with was focused on form and safety. Itâs been more than a year since I had last done CrossFit, Coa
One of the best coffee shops in Sioux City and probably the oldest in the area. Worth checking it out. Amazing food made with fresh ingredients. A big range of signature coffee drinks, cold brew, iced coffee, iced tea, Vietnamese coffee, you name it,
