Very lovely Miniature Museum. I enjoy the printed stories that tell the story of the collectors. The stories make the collections personal. We each picked our favorite collection. It was a fun trip!
This museum was outstanding! Soooo much to see! Dollhouses of all types and scales. It kind of boggles the mind, and honestly, there was so much to see that my eyes were legitimately tired when we were done.
There is a small $7/person entry fee. They do have a $1 coupon on their website. We were only able to spend a little over an hour at the location. We could have been there at least 2 hours.
The museum includes a dollhouse store. (No entry fee to shop the store).
The only shortcomings: The museum would be hard for a person with limited mobility to explore. And I’m not sure they’d be able to access the second floor at all. Nearly all of the displays are lighted, but a few lights didn’t work.
If you're really into miniatures this place has what you're looking for. It's actually larger than I anticipated. It's two stories with hundreds of miniatures in enclosures. Which makes it a very kid-friendly environment so you don't have to worry about little fingers messing with things. My daughter and I had a blast looking at all the fun things that obviously were a labor of love for many people. Definitely worth checking out with the family.
What a fun local place! We spent about an hour wandering though the museum and marveling at the skill of those who created these tiny masterpieces.
Quick tip: check Groupon for deals.
I bought admission from a Groupon ad. I have a small dollhouse and was interested in seeing what this place had to offer. The experience was even better than I had imagined! There was so much to look at & so many interesting displays. I especially enjoyed the miniature of Bevo Mill right across the street! They also have a gift shop where I could buy quality dollhouse items. It’s hard to find decent furniture anywhere. I was so thrilled that I immediately bought a membership!
In my husband's words, "this place is surprisingly awesome." I found it through Atlas Obscura, and with my daughter's love of all things tiny (mini brands and LOL surprise), I thought she might like checking it out. She loved it so much she is now considering a new hobby (oops).
I highly recommend a visit if you are at all interested in miniatures, museums, and detailed crafting. The ladies working there are super sweet and friendly, finding the miniature chess table with pieces my daughter HAD to have. Long after the absurdly small chess pieces are gone for good, we'll still have some pretty amazing memories and will likely make a return trip. They do have a Groupon right now, too!
This place has so many miniatures with great details. It was great to take the time and peer in and notice all the great craftsmanship. There’s miniatures of the Old Cathedral and a wide variety of styles across two floors. It’s a hidden gem for the city.
Very interesting especially to see the details. Not sure how many our on display but we spent oe to 2 hours. Well worth the admission.

First of all, special thanks and congratulations to the owner for the collection. Checked out The Moto Museum recently and it's definitely more of a cool spot for events than a traditional bike museum. The best part? It's free to get in, which is pre
Very nice well done displays! Clean and well maintained museum! I was impressed by how much they had on display! Nice shop to browse through also. We didn't have a long time to spend there but if you only have 30 min or 2 hrs. its worth it!

I loved everything about this museum. The history, the art, the fun activities. The only disappointment I had was that all the stations to create our own blues album weren't working, so I never got my completed album via email even though we did all
Museum is small, but fun with everything being hands on.. a lot of role based things. Great for ages 10 and under, but even the adults learned a few things. We went as a large group and saw the Doc presentation theater... the host was great with the

Cafe de Blaire is a hidden gem in downtown St. Louis. My husband and I ordered caramel machiatto and found this to be finely balanced medium to strong coffee. The kids ordered the handmade ice cream in waffle cones. The ice cream is super creamy and
Out of this world experience to be able to hear from the chef before each course is served. As a fan of Missouri history, to learn and taste recipes that are over 100 years old is a gift. Restaurants like this usually only exist in New York or overs
