I had an incredible time at the jumping park, and I can't thank Camilla enough for making it even more enjoyable! The facilities were clean, the staff was friendly, and the variety of activities was fantastic. Camilla's enthusiasm and helpfulness really stood out, ensuring that my visit was memorable. We were invited for a birthday party here on a weekend. It was not too crowded but there were a lot of older children middle school / high school. Most of them were unsupervised and would run around knocking into people. If you have smaller children, you need to be aware and watch your little ones. The pizza provided by MegaJump was made by Papa John's. By the time we ate, it was cold and tough. I have eaten Papa John's before and the pizza is never like this so I don't know if it had been reheated or if it had been sitting out for a while. Croquettas and breaded cheese sticks were also provided. Overall, my children enjoyed the place but it was nothing amazing.

Family was very excited this location was open on Christmas Day. The excitement ended there. I will never come back. The front staff essentially laughed when we pointed out there are people all over wearing winter coats as it’s so darn cold in here. Then we were told no water bottles by the trampolines which is fine but literally everyone else up there had bottles. But they seemed to know the staff (weird how that works). We had grip socks, made us buy new ones. Tough when you need to squeeze every penny out of a customer. But the reason I will never be back… There are massage chairs all over. No where else for observers to sit (where you can see your kids) including only two tables by the concession and a few down a corridor. A staff member told us that we can’t sit in those chairs unless we’re paying. When I told him we tried paying in both chairs and they were broken he said “it’s the rules” there’s like 20 people in the whole place and likely more massage chairs than people. Also, 4 other people sitting in the chairs elsewhere not paying and sitting there (must know the staff because it’s incredibly obvious). Not to belittle the staff. But come on guys. We spent 200$ to be in here, and trying to squeeze 5$ extra and being absolutely ridiculous about it ensures I will NEVER be back. This is why businesses fail, good luck fixing this disaster. For what it’s worth, it’s not the staffs fault, it was clear that they have NOT been trained properly in customer service and what keeps businesses profitable (which is return customers).

Number one the front counter assistant was rude. It’s $20 for an hour per kid which is average price but some of the attractions were closed. Adults are restricted to certain areas. Then, the FOOD is the absolute worst. You get reheated PAPA JOHNS pizza.. $3 for water and $3 for coke is ok. But then I order a long tray of French fries for 4-6 people $40!!!!!!!!!!!! That is what made me go over board. Nothing special about the place. I came thinking this was different than the other 5+ trampoline parks in Miami and it wasn’t. I won’t be coming back

Camilla Cardozo’s service was amazing, she cleared out all of my questions and was very clear with instructions. I really enjoyed going to the park and having her as my assistant. She maked sure all the kids were safe all the time. Had an amazing time!! 🥰

Very good environment and workers. Kids enjoy their time in the park and the workers make sure that all of them play and have fun without getting hurt. Amazing service and very clean, in overall its a great park and if you want your kids to have fun Megajump is the place.

Great! Took my 6yo, Son, for his friend's bday party. Our 1st time there. He had a wonderful time. He didn't want to leave. We will return. Temperature taken at the door, staff & attendants wore masks, small crowd, individualized attention. 👍 Great.

It's a trampoline place. they do have a few activities that you can do besides bouncing. for the price it's pretty fair. The birthday parties seem overpriced, but what isn't nowadays? I recommend not being there for more than an hour.
