I was having an emergency and ended up coming here a little after midnight. The guy working the front desk was very nice and helpful, managed to get me a room last second. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Even the breakfast, despite it being a small variety, it was very good. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but everything was so nice and clean I can imagine it being the same.
I was welcomed on arrival by a very friendly receptionist named Mary, she helped answer my questions about the room and where the pool was!! She even delivered me coffee!! She had room set up for me, and had balloons and roses and strawberries and champagne out on my arrival!! It was a very special birthday surprise!! I give the overnight stay a 5 star review!!!
Checking in was horrible! The gentleman at the front desk was drugged up couldn’t find my booking info. It took 30 to 35 minutes to get checked in, would’ve been longer but thanks to a shift change it wasn’t. I had to call the customer service 2 times, the first time they called the front desk and he hung up on them. All of this to find out he was logged in at another hotel and couldn’t function properly. Maria who is the lady that came in was very nice. I would like for someone to give me a call. Theres more to this experience that happened all last night. Thank you
What a wonderful place to stay. Everything about this hotel is great. Clean, comfortable beds, staff, everything about this hotel is fantastic. We have friends here in Franklin and told them to recommended their friends and family to stay here when visiting.
Rooms were spacious & beds were comfortable, very clean! Location was ideal, we stayed here the night before a flight out of Milwaukee. 12 minutes to the airport. Would highly recommend & will absolutely stay again!
This property is beautiful! I love the pool, fitness center and free breakfast. The front desk staff are very welcoming. The extended stay rooms have fully equipped kitchens which even have a dishwasher and full size refrigerator!
Brand new hotel in a great location! Staff was great during my entire stay. They were very accommodating to my requests and Front Desk was wonderful with helping me learn about area events. Will definitely stay here again.
Very pleasurable stay. Hotel persons very friendly. Pool clean and fun. Quiet. Room very nice and comfortable. Beds great to sleep on. Definitely stay again. Oh yes and view of Lambeau Field.
