MAGIC MOMENT RESORT & KIDS CLUB - Hotel in Kissimmee - 5200 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, USA

We had a very pleasant, one night stay. 2 adults in the king room w/ sofa. Ruben at the front desk was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Location was safe and close (walkable) to numerous restaurants as well as Aldi's. Breakfast was quite good with a decent variety, though lacking if fresh fruit options (only fresh orange slices available on our visit). Check in and check out was easy. This looks like a great place for children with a great outdoor play space for kids. Good value and great service.

Amazing! I just in love 🥰 I never want to leave this hotel! They totally understand that you come to Disney and kids and everything is thinking around that. Beautiful clean with a tons of things to do whit kids on the hotel and around or also! Excellent location ! Absolutely amazing breakfast! Everything was excellent! I’m planning my next vacations and definitely come back !

When we arrived the staff were very friendly. We got to our room and I was very disappointed. It looked like a dirty run down motel with a heavy chlorine smell. Burns on the bathroom counter were visible, bathroom door was broken and the floor was dirty… momentarily it brought down the mood of the vacation. I was able to switch the room out with no issues. The next room they gave me was much better. It was clean, simple, and slightly more updated. The beds bothered us though because my husband and I are average/ a bit short in height and our feet hung off the bed and they were a bit uncomfortable. On a positive note my daughter enjoyed the kids amenities and the customer service was superb. Not a bad stay.

Overall good experience. The place is a great bang for your buck and has a lot for you if you have little ones. It’s important to note though… this is a motel. Not a resort. That is not made clear and we were definitely shocked when we pulled up. It’s not dirty just old but the service was great. It’s just important you know what you’re booking. Not a resort. Just a motel with theming for little ones.

The place was very cute. The kids loved all the things to play on. It’s a great place to stay if you want to wear your kids out! Our room was decent. Can’t complain. The food was alright. But the service was excellent. The gentleman at the breakfast was very welcoming and helpful. The staff at the front desk were very nice and smiling. That helps make for a pleasant stay. All in all, I give it 4 stars. The kids loved it, so I call that a win.

I recently stayed at this resort (Dec 2023) and would like to share my experience. I believe there is significant room for improvement in the services offered. I also have to say the hotel marking is good, however the place should be called Hotel and not Resort. You save a little money, however, will spend on medicine to recover from mold and cold. Check-in Time: The 1 AM check-in time was good, and we had a friendly welcome in, however on the next morning I asked for additional bath towels and the lady at the reception refused to give me them since I had two inside the room. I have never experienced it before! Room Allocation: We were located on the back of the hotel seems calm, however breakneck. Accessibility: The absence of an elevator and slippery stairs posed a safety hazard. Room Quality: The room as smelling strong bleach and disinfectant with some break’s marks on the ceiling, and we experienced mold smell and spots on the ceiling and walls. While we were there, we got sick, and our clothes were smelling old/ mold (pictures attached) even though the clothes inside the luggage. The AC machine is very old, does not work well and it is very noisy. There is no middle term for the temperature, while using the heat because of outside temperature the mold smell pops strongly and it won’t be enough, because inside the room is extremely cold. I have asked the cleaning lady an extra blanket because my husband and I were freezing. Hygiene Products: The use of non-disposable, refillable shampoo and soap containers felt unhygienic and inconvenient, they never replaced the bath soap while came inside for cleaning. Bathroom: The small size of the toilet was uncomfortable and seemed suitable only for children. Also, the fan does not suck the bathroom steam- very disappointing. Appliances: The noisy refrigerator was a disturbance during the night – So we could not use and turned off every night! Breakfast Service: The limited breakfast options and cleanliness of the utensils were concerning. However, the staff was friendly. Children's Playground: I do not have kids, and I was concerned about hygiene while looking at other kids playing. Safety Concerns: Notably, location is a little concern for the area, the broken smoke detectors were a serious safety concern. Well, I DO NOT recommend this place, I won't EVER STAY there again, you think you will save money if you do not care about mold, unclean areas and safety.

Stayed here for 5 days. Kids loved it! Kids facilities - 5/5 Location/ Service - 5/5 Rooms quality - 3/5. The Toilet flush broke in 1 day (was fixed promptly though). Rooms cleanliness was an issue. If they can improve the rooms a bitmore, that will help them grow even better, and parents will also love it! I will come back for my Kids. They still miss the stay. Best place for kids, no doubt!

It’s an old hotel. Staff works hard and kids 7-8 and under will love it. After a long drive, we wanted kids to be able to run around and play. Great spaces for that here. Didn’t use pool, but felt heated. Rooms are very basic and old, but relatively clean. No carpet was a plus. If you are picky, probably not for you. We were charged a $20-something guest fee for whatever reason. Breakfast was good, but a madhouse from 9-10am. Would recommend going before that if you want a table. Good for 1 night, prob not for longer.
