Knotty Pine Motel - Motel in Franklin - 9063 S 27th St, USA

So far so good. Only thing missing in the room is a dresser! Rooms on the bit smaller side but still decent. Very quiet and laid back, almost feels like out in the country aside from noise on 27th street. The gentleman who runs place is very businesses oriented and I have much appreciation for that.

Poor service, yes it was quiet with no disturbances. However we wanted to check out at 8AM were headed back to MN. No one was avaliable to check us out or take our key. We checked in yesterday with a promise to get our deposit back we tidy up the room and made sure everything was the way it was when we got there. Bed made towels folded. No one came to the office after calling and ringing the bell. We called the number and they guys text back to ring the door bell and that one of his workers will come to the door. That was A lie. We were supposed to get 30.00 back 20 deposit and 10 in change he said he didn't have any change. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. I'm very disappointed and felt cheated out of my money. Poor and bad customer service. Instead of coming to help her said he wouldn't be there until 11AM. We dropped the keys off took a picture and left.

A little bit like a motel from the 70's, but good price. While the room lacked luxury, it still had the amendments like fridge, microwave, and access to many channels/apps on HD TV. Room price at the time was $65 a day. Also, it is across the street from a liquor store/mini Mart.

Ever since the new owner took over and changed the name to Wispering pines i have nothing but positive comments. Had to live there for 6months. Very very clean, owner is nice, no drama, no issues. He is very picky when it comes to crime,drugs etc it is not tolerated like other motels allow. It's clean rooms and quiet. One of the best on 27th in that area.

Over all, this is a nice place. Quiet, relaxing touch of the rooms ( cabinet n like) and chill. Just recently had to move because they had a case of bed bugs! Never seen one in my life until now!

Great place. They are respectful and caring. Understanding with rent and will work with you. I have nothing bad to say. Good comfortable room with service if you want it.

Nice quite place, reasonable rates, room was very clean but there parking lot could be a little bigger because i have a large truck and I could barely get in and out without going in the grass.

It looks alright but is filty not worth it I payed for a night but woke up in the middle of the night with bed bugs on the bed ended up just leaving I didn't feel comfortable
