Great experience, awesome salesman, got an amazing deal on a new beautiful bedroom set and cooling mattress, Sebastian was our salesman and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All around amazing experience. Sorry I had to go back and edit this review. Our furniture arrived yesterday and they told me it would be three weeks before they could deliver it to my house. December 26 of all days. Maybe they should book deliveries when they place the order instead of waiting until last minute, after waiting two weeks for your furniture to come in who wants to wait three more weeks to Have it delivered, even paying $200 for the delivery and set up it was not included. Salesman was great. I believe the furniture we bought is great but the delivery process sucks.

Wonderful selection! The merchandise is very nice. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Our salesman, Christian Santiago, was knowledgeable and very helpful through the whole process. We bought a new bedroom set for our new house and we are excited. We will definitely make Kloss Furniture in Edwardsville and Christian our first stop when we are ready to finish furnishing our home.

We purchased a new sofa and lounge chairs and couldn’t be happier with the product and the experience. Devin at the Edwardsville Kloss was so helpful and walked us through all the options without pressuring us. Delivery was on time, and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be using Kloss for any future furniture needs!

The sales staff & manager were so helpful. They understood just what we wanted and showed us appropriate options so we could purchase the perfect items at an excellent price. We hope the delivery service doesn’t let us down because our tentative delivery date was two days ago.

She worked with us tirelessly to make sure all of our questions were answered, and didn't make us feel bad or rushed at all as we bounced from option to option to make sure we made the right choice for us. Had a great experience, first time being in the store and staff was very helpful! Devin helped take care of my fiancé and I getting our first couch- we’re super excited! He is very knowledgeable and personable! Thankful for the protection plan and home delivery and set up! Can’t wait to receive our couch!

Initially met with Mark who was informative but not pushy. Left us alone to explore our options. We left without ordering but came back a couple days later and met with Christina since Mark was off. She handled the order professionally and willingly and said she would make sure Mark got credit for it. Very relaxed atmosphere and not high pressured like other stores. We’ll definitely be back. There is something for everyone in all price ranges.
