Kings Leaf Cigar is a uniquely interesting cigar lounge. There is a nice selection of medium to high-end cigars, they had many of my favorites. The beer and wine selection is well thought out and they pair nicely with the cigars they carry. It was great to not have a loud TV and patrons with loud and inappropriate conversations. We were served by Dylan and that was the best part of the experience. He's very personable and knowledgeable about the beers, wine, and cigars. But most of all he is kind and respectful to all. We spent a week in Charleston, and the King's Leaf Cigar Lounge, which was right across the street from our hotel, became my go-to spot at the end of the day for a nice relaxing smoke. They have an outstanding selection of cigars here, as well as comfortable seating. I had my first and probably last 50th anniversary, Padron here. It was a fantastic experience every visit all the way around!

1st time at this establishment. Very elegant, huge selection and Gary was able to help me find a great cigar and paired it well with nice beer. This place is cozy, upscale and very relaxing. Can’t wait to visit again.

Gary has one of the best selections of cigars wines and beers that can be paired Perfect setting for a relaxing time with friends.

I’ve been to cigar lounges all over the country and this one needs a reality check. Good selection, but over priced. Guys who run it are uptight. Lots of rules. I get they are trying to keep out a bad element, but you’re almost worried to drop an ash. One dude has an open carry sidearm…really? I love the second amendment, but the open show of force is s bit much. Conceal your gun. Not a bad area. No screens. Patrons would like to enjoy big games. One or two muted screens won’t kill the ambiance. Play jazz over speakers, so bring some airbuds. No liquor. Beer and wine only. No food. Ventilation pretty good. Sometimes you try to be so upscale you kill the fun of going to a lounge. Ultimately, it’s their place so they can do what they want, but I’ve never felt this uneasy in a cigar lounge before.

Absolutely love this location. Everything about this place is opulent, classy and sophisticated. The other locations are good in their own right but this is on another level. Highly recommend this location to truly relax and enjoy quality cigars and quality drinks.

I’ll start by saying something nice: they do have a great selection of premium cigars. They are also in a nice location on Kings Street. The arrogance in all of their policies is something I have never experienced in even actual high end cigar lounges. Really, I have to take my hat off if a sit in the lounge? I can’t lay my jacket over the arm of the chair next to me? It has to be hung. My wife and sister in law stop in for one minute and they are immediately pounced on that they will have to buy a drink to stay in the lounge. The lounge was 80% empty. Good thing they let me know that I can take my $50 cigar into the street if I want to leave with them. They’re just jerks at this place. The space itself is nothing special, even though they act like it’s Buckingham Palace. Oh, and they GOUGE you with their prices. Everything is marked up 75-100% of what it is at other cigar lounges in South Carolina. Why would anyone can back here is beyond me.

I never give reviews, but as a local, a business owner, and I participate as part of the Chamber of Charleston I was shocked. If you are in a good mood, do not go here. The staff will make sure they suck the life out of you. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. After reading all the negative reviews I see that I am not alone. The owner, manager or staff (2) people on this night, took pride in being rude to us. It was sad and strange. If you love people do not go here - your happiness will not be well received.
