Great trip to do with the family! Highly recommend this adventure!!
We had a blast and enjoyed the water and caves so much. It was such a fun time and so easy for just about anyone to do. I’m a bigger guy and had zero issues with this excursion.
The water was a little cold but not really. Also the only thing that really gets wet is your butt and your feet. Everything else stays dry. My wife was questioning whether to go because she thought the water was going to be ice cold but in the end she was totally fine and glad she went. We all had a blast!
We had the 3:20 tour so it was cheaper than advertised because they don’t serve you food. Totally fine by me!
We had a great experience tubing through the canals. 70% of your time will be going through tunnels. There are 3 tunnels ranging from .25-.75 mile length. Probably good to go on a hot day, since the water is cold and “refreshing”. The tour guide Kayla was great and informative. The lunch they provided afterwards was awesome and even though we are vegans there were plenty of options. Highly recommend!
Amazing guides! Kala and Abe were knowledgeable and hilarious. Kala has a wealth of knowledge to share on the drive up to the river. If you can’t handle spinning, this may not be for you. I am not good with roller coasters or swings and got fairly dizzy at one point as the tubes spin a ton when they hit the walls. A bit too much tunneling for me, but I know for many that’s the appeal. Overall, beautiful property and would’ve enjoyed a tour with less tunnels if they made them. Lunch after was make your own sandwiches. Rained before and during the tubing adventure, but such is life on Kauai.
Absolutely fun and highly recommended! A learning fun experience about history of the island of Kauai. Our guides Jordan, Hans and "Kalea" (I think) made our adventure on the stream exciting. I believe they made this adventure the adventure! You'll be lucky to get these guys. Also our driver to get us to the stream, a character, but he also made the experience enjoyable!
One of the highlights of our visit to Kauai. Yes, the water is bracing, but we got used to it quickly and you’re not immersed in it or anything. It was so fun to see the lava tubes and just float along through such a beautiful place. Our guides were great and took great care of us. They went above and beyond, even painting mud mustaches on those who wanted them. Highly recommend.
Money well spent. Very well organized group. Warehouse to wait in was spacious with plenty of seating. They provide helmet and gloves and if needed can rent you Crocks. We were on a morning tour so I would recommend rash guard and not just a straight bathing suit. Pack light ..towel... wallet...water...sunglasses. They will provide you a dry box to store items in. The drive up to top took about 45 and was guided by the lovely Tyler. Beautiful country with lots of photos ops. We saw wild boars 🐗🐗🐗 , 🐓🐓🐓, 🪽🐦. Tyler was personable and funny and the other crew (group 2 on 11/11/23) were awesome too. About 20-25 of us in our group. Most of water was calm but some areas picked up speed. The lunch provided was make your own sandwiches (turkey , ham, cheese, cucumber, tomato, hummus) with a bag of chips.
Loved the rules they provided....can't complain about water temps and can't say I'm sorry when bumping into someone!!🤣
At the end of the day after tickets and water shoes were purchased, we spent around $675...oh and then a tip for guides was a bit more 💰but it was definitely memorable and the kids had a blast. Would highly recommend.
We had an INCREDIBLE experience tubing through the plantation! Our guide, Mason, deserves a 10 star review! He took us through the history and culture odyssey Hawai’i and shared his love for the island of Kauai! He also played the ukulele and sang to us through all of the tunnels (epic picture of him attached). I came away from this tour with so much more respect for the island and the locals. Beyond that, we had a BLAST! The tunnels were incredible and lunch at the end was fantastic. If we make it back to Kauai, this will be on the top of our list to do again!
Excellent tubing adventure! Our primary guide was Kristen, assisted by Cody and Alyssa. They were helpful and friendly. The time in the water was very fun. Water is brisk and refreshing. Lunch at the end of the tour was yummy. Highly recommend this tour!
