Jumping World - El Paso - Amusement park in El Paso - 5850 Onix Dr, USA

This was our first time visiting so we had no clue what to do or where to go and we told the person up front it was our first time but she wasn't really helpful. It felt almost like she just wanted us to hurry up so she can get back to whatever she was doing. We were accidentally charged one extra ticket as well and when I went back for a refund she didn't even apologize. Another thing is we weren't told about the additional sticker pass you need for the zip lining/ obstacle course. When I went back to the counter to ask for info about it another person said oh here you were supposed to get these when you purchased your tickets. So not very happy about that either since we wouldn't have known if it weren't for me going back up to ask. Maybe the young girl who helped us was new? Not sure but We loved the place!! Our kids had so much fun and would return more if it was closer to us. If the staff was more friendly and helpful then we'd definitely make the drive more often so our kids can have a great time. But there are other places where people are more welcoming and friendly that we'd rather go to.

Bowling is so much fun! It is a great way to spend time with friends and family! No matter if you are young or old, bowling can be fun! I had an amazing time here at Jumping World with my friends! There was good service! I enjoyed it!

My kids had a blast. Will definitely return. I initially called to get information and was told one thing on the phone and when I went in it was completely different, however the manager was very nice and accommodating.

Catalina was awesome taking care of our family for bowling and jumping/ninja. The staff was quick to fix the pins that got stuck and added a couple of minutes to help us out. My oldest son appreciated being able to play pool as a kid. A lot of places don’t allow that. Thanks for a great vacation experience!!

I waited in line 30 minutes to pay for my kids tickets, when it was my turn to pay the guy at the front desk was really nice. There is no problem with the staff, they just need more training. They get nervous when they get a rush. Management needs to be on top of things. We also ordered food and it took us like 30 minutes in line and it took them like 45 minutes to bring it to the table.

This place is a relaxing nice family oriented environment. However, the pizza here could be a lot better and the timing of the return of the bowling balls could be faster. Sometimes the balls doesn't return until after the next player which is annoying but not enough to take stars away, the pizza was the reason a star is missing. Overall, great place to go to.

Really bad experience, it was our first time here and we were going to celebrate my daughter’s birthday so she cooked and decor her own cake, all from scratch, when we got there they told us we could cut the cake because we didn’t book a birthday party, i felt angry and really sad because we were going to spend our money there, and the option they gave us it was to buy a package of 350 dollars to let us cut our cake, that’s insane!! So we ended our day cutting the cake at the parking lot 🤷🏻‍♀️ i don’t get it we were a large grupo of people trying to spend our money there and have a nice time in family. Never coming back !! 👎🏽

First time visiting this place. When we show up no one greets you. We finally figured out to sign the waiver then went to pay. We asked the cashier how does this work, she was rude and said you just go jump. The reviews show 4 months ago that this place was training cashiers I guess they don’t train fast enough. Will never visit this place.we only lasted about 20 minutes there never again.
