I have had a few training sessions with Jesse and he is absolutely amazing! My entire approach to working out has changed and I see results already. I’m so motivated and excited for my workouts now! He is so knowledgeable and takes the time to teach the correct way to lift and why it matters. He tailors workouts to his clients and really focuses on their needs. He’s got a client for life. Jesse is an AMAZING trainer! Starting even before my first session with him, he was giving me great advice on how to get more out of my workouts and ways to improve my eating habits. He teaches you to focus not only on how to exercise, but on all aspects of your life to live healthier and happier. He has the knowledge and he knows how to share it with each one of his clients and how it relates to them. He takes the time to learn what your ultimate goals are, then he tailors a workout plan that will get you there. He finds ways to motivate you with exercises that you can understand and feel successful. I would highly recommend getting signed up with him for a session!
Jesse is the best trainer I have worked with and I’m a tough case. Lol. Im a wheelchair user, beyond my prime and over-weight. I immediately felt that I was in a “safe zone.” Jesse is knowledgeable and motivational. When I leave our sessions I have a smile on my face because I know there is one more person who really cares about my well-being.

Jesse gave me a great and challenging workout. He has a ton of knowledge and applies this to or sessions. His workouts are focused on max time under tension, max reps and very focused on specific muscle groups. He continually checks to make sure you are isolating properly and using proper form to hit the correct muscles.
