What a flavorful experience! We waited about an hour for a table but we were served drinks while waiting. Tiffany, the owner & host was super friendly. The menu was very creative with game creations as well as other culinary delights. We enjoyed steak tartare,ceviche,beet salad, and fois gras. Let me just say having food with such amazing flavors is such a treat in a society where so much food is bland, overcooked and basically gross. So kudos to the owners and chef to a delightful restaurant and lovely dining experience! We can't wait to go back!

Was impressed with the service, the atmosphere, the menu. We ordered a slew of items and my favorite was the filet with carrots and potatoes and the blue cheese wedge salad. The filet was a delicious steak and cooked perfectly. It was better than the wagyu ribeye. My least favorite item was the scallops, not sure why. H&G is cool because you get that small restaurant chef vibe without having to go to a bigger city. With that said I wasn’t as impressed as I hoped to be (I’ve been watching too many chef tv shows), and the prices were on the high side for our area- perhaps affordable for a chef in a larger city. Either way, probably the fanciest in PCB. I just knocked one star for food because I had perfect hopes in mind.

After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to eat here. The taste and atmosphere were fantastic, and the whole family enjoyed it very much. It was the best vacation and the best dinner. The staff were friendly and everything was perfect. All the food was delicious so I ordered it twice.

Absolutely thrilled to share my experience at the Hunt and Gather Raw Bar & Pub! This culinary gem took me on an unforgettable journey with its unique menu featuring an array of wild game delights. The star of my meal was undoubtedly the elk burger, cooked to absolute perfection. Juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor, it showcased the chef's mastery in handling game meat. But the surprises didn't end there – the mussels, oh my! Rich, savory, and brimming with oceanic essence, they transported my taste buds to the depths of indulgence. Hunt and Gather Raw Bar & Pub truly stands out for its daring and delectable offerings. A paradise for food adventurers! I also wanted to mention the bartender, David I believe it was? Even in the midst of a dinner rush he was still very attentive and took time to make recommendations over the menu. He made dinning at the bar that much more enjoyable!

Found this place while visiting the area and wanted to try some of the cool dishes. The wild boar bolognese was AMAZING! We all agreed that it was the best dish. We also had the rack of elk and the duck fries. Both of those were excellent as well. The Biscoff mousse was amazing!

We were in town less than a week and we still ate here twice. As restaurant owners, we can be guilty of having very high of expectations at times. At Hunt and Gather, NOTHING disappoints. Service, Food, Bar, atmosphere. We loved it so much we went two nights in a row and debated going back a third! It's a small, quaint place in an unassuming strip mall off the beaten track. Locals hope the tourists don't find out about it. They don't take reservations but the wait was short both nights. We sat at the bar with David the first night and at a booth the next. David even came out from behind the bar to check on us when we dined in the booth. They don't have cocktails but a nice wine and beer selection and they also allow you to bring in your own wine (which we did) for only a $25 corkage fee. I noticed a few people bringing in wine. The chef and his wife, Tiffany are the owners and are actively present to help in any way. Can't recommend this place enough. One of our favorite dining experiences in all of our travels. Thanks to the whole group for enhancing our visit to PCB.

Likkle, But dem tallawah...Not alot of seating, but the atmosphere and food are impeccable. From the owner to cooks and bartenders, Thank you for the experience, absolutely a must visit if you are in Panama City.

This restaurant came highly recommended by the locals here in Panama City Beach. We started our dinner off by ordering the Duck Confit Loaded Fries, which were amazing! For our entrees we ordered the Wild Boar Bolognese and the Slow Braised Venison Short Rib. Both entrees were out of this work great. We finished with some dessert, which was a brownie/Mousse combo. The dinner was the best we have had in Panama City Beach. The atmosphere is very cool with Edison bulbs hanging and everything very clean. We also got to meet Derek, whom was very nice and funny. Our server, Jameson deserves a shout out as he was great as well. Thanks for the memory guys, we will be returning!!!
