Love the uniqueness of the decor they offer, it's becoming a bit pricey as of late, sadly. Really enjoy shopping here around Halloween and Christmas. Holidays are a fun time to shop here, they have large variety of pillows, bedding, and decor to match the season. This would be a definite 5 STAR if you would pave your parking lot, honestly, it does diminish the shopping experience.
The store is extremely old and the parking lot very run down and dirty. No cart corral and if you have something breakable it will break wheeling out of store. For a city the size of Knoxville, this store could be in a much better location. Save your time and go to the cleaner/newer Maryville location. That being said, the store itself is fairly well-stacked, though extremely tight and disorganized. Aisles are almost impassable with the larger carts and merchandise is jammed into shelves.
The cashier was efficient and polite, though one of the adjoining cashiers was coughing, sickly in appearance and proclaimed aloud to have a very infectious and dangerous active virus...COVID, as of that morning (unmasked of course). Several customers in line grew concerned and left the store.
Love HomeGoods, but won't shop this location again. Gross location that feels dangerous in the dilapidated lot, sick employees and a cluttered feel leave me disappointed all around.
Home Goods is a fantastic store that I can confidently give 4/5 stars! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the vast selection of home decor and furnishings they had to offer. From stylish furniture to trendy home accents, they had something to cater to every taste and budget. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the products was commendable.
The layout of the store was well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance when required without being overbearing. The only reason I'm deducting one star is that on a few occasions, I found some items were out of stock, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, Home Goods is a go-to destination for anyone looking to spruce up their living space. With its wide array of options and reasonable prices, it's hard to leave empty-handed. I'll definitely be returning in the future to keep transforming my home with their fabulous finds!
We come here about once a month or so. It’s usually pretty busy, but it’s worth it. Good items, some gourmet food items that are cheap, rugs, furniture, seasonal items and decorations, all bedding items, art, little bit of everything.
It's still a good place to get decor, but their furniture is over priced, in my opinion. It's starting to get pricey on a lot of the same items that are lower priced at TJ Maxx.
I love shopping at Home Goods, each week.
It brings me great joy, finding one of kind gifts for my home.
I love the huge variety of fragrance gift soaps for me to use every day.
I also do a lot of shopping, at Home Goods during the Christmas Holidays for my kids.
One day, while I walking into Home Goods in Knoxville, Tennessee.
I met Shaquille O'neal he was just leaving this same store.
Home Goods has great items that look expensive, but it doesn’t cost a lot of money.
Anything you could possibly want for your home is at Home Goods at Kingston Town Shopping Center. Everything from rugs, mirrors, pet supplies, hundreds of pillows, and thousands of other items.
I did NOT visit there. Someone stole my credit card 7 months ago and is still trying to use it. I would love to meet this person !
