The hotel is fairly new. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I think the common areas (entrance, lobby, etc..) should have been much cleaner. Very good location. Rooms have full size fridge, dishes, Microwave and lots of space if you plan to remove work. As a veteran of 20 years service I was not happy to see an unserviceable flag hanging in front of the property. Please talk with your local Scott group, VFW, or American Legion and they help you with getting a new flay and properly dispose of the unserviceable one.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The pillows were good and not very mushy. The building was clean and decor was very nice. Evening staff at front desk were helpful. It is in a great location with several restaurants, gas stations, a convenience store down the hill, Starbucks, and a Walmart very close by. If the price were cheaper, I would've stayed here during my entire work assignment.

Positive: Friendly staff. room was very comfortable and clean. Room was extra large with partial kitchen, large bathroom and shower. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. Negative: only thing was water pressure in shower could have been better.

Perfect weekend away from the kids! But this hotel could accommodate them in the room as well! From having the kitchen area and an extra long room. Did I mention how clean the bathroom and how comfortable bed was when it comes down to booking a room. That Is the most important. Honestly, a great room just a bit on the expensive side.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I was surprised by how poorly it was run, especially considering it's supposed to be a Hilton brand. As a loyal Diamond member, I expected to enjoy the benefits of the Hilton Honors program, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I wasn't allowed to use any of my benefits, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the manager raised the room prices by an exorbitant $200 per night ($398.00 a night) and seemed to take pride in his ability to do whatever he pleased. He even mentioned that he had deactivated all government rates, Hilton Honor Rates, and AAA rates, further limiting the options for guests to save on their stays. The condition of the room was far from satisfactory. It was dirty and clearly lacking proper maintenance. But the issues didn't stop there – the staff's attitude also left much to be desired. The morning staff was consistently rude, which added to the unpleasant atmosphere. Surprisingly, the only positive aspect was the night staff, who provided excellent service and were a welcome contrast to the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The lack of adherence to the Hilton Honors program, the arbitrary price increases, the dirty room, and the rude staff all contributed to a deeply unsatisfying stay. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a more enjoyable and customer-friendly experience in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at home 2 suites. I loved that our room had a small Kitchenette with a cooktop available for free! It also had all the things… plates, cups, ice cube tray, etc!!! We loved the small details like the fire pit and patio with the grills although we didn’t get to use them. We always love to stay at a hotel with a pool. We were SUPER impressed with the workout room. They had really nice clean equipment. And complimentary breakfest is always nice I just wish it had more options.

Great stay at this hotel. Professional folks at the front desk, welcoming atmosphere, comfy rooms, variety of pillows, kitchette in room, and great breakfast variety. Vivian and Becky were perfect hosts at breakfast. Appreciate some of the healthy options for breakfast. Well done

Overall the experience was fine for a business trip. Love the size of the suite. The floor could have been cleaner and they didn't clean the hair/dust out if the bathroom drawers. The premade breakfast items were pretty standard. A companion said the sausage bowl was way too spicy and couldn't eat it. I dId like the western omelette they serve and the fresh made waffle with berries I put together. The bed was pretty comfortable. But my view of the beautiful fall mountains was obscured by a foggy window like the seal had been breached.
