Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach Gulf Front, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Pensacola Beach - 14 Via De Luna Dr, USA

So, I really enjoyed the location. The beachfront is superb! The breakfast was well in line with being included in the price and a perfect start to the day. I enjoyed the free coffee and water and the complimentary daily cookie was a nice touch. The room was spectacular as every room faces the ocean-really enjoyed that! Where this property fell short was the front desk personnel and the manager in the back. The front desk staff had no personality and they were always staring into their computers. There was never a "Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express, or how are you enjoying your stay? Never a thanks for staying with us and hope to see you again!" Not much eye contact either. The Manager was never out and was always sitting in the back room. If you can improve the training of the staff, I would have rated the service with 5 stars. Everything else was great!

This was a last minute booking through our credit card and it was unclear which room we were getting. When we arrived, the staff was so kind and we got a great kids suite. It definitely needed some cosmetic maintenance but it didn’t deter from our stay. They had an ice cream shop, a great tiki bar, and daily visits from mermaids and pirates that kept our kiddos entertained for a few hours. They were so great with the kids. They also had nightly kids movies and popcorn at the pool. Elevators were easy to get. There were 2 ways to get to the beach, one was a ramp which made it easier to haul beach gear. |We typically stay at a private Vrbo property to avoid fighting for elevators but we would definitely go back here for the kids entertainment.

Great spot to stay! From the moment we arrived until the time we left - we were treated so well! From the check in at the front desk with Morgan (so helpful!) to Heidi at lunch and all the staff in between! The food was great, ice cream bar - delicious! I loved the option of having several pools to choose from (you get access to the neighboring hotel pools). Overall it is very affordable and well appointed.

Amazing service with an amazing beach front access! This is a place to have an absolute blast and really kick back and relax. There are no complaints at all on my part. I can say the staff go well above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic experience and stay! Huge shout out to Kris and Taylor for providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. With that, I’d encourage this hotel as your next destination when visiting Pensacola Beach!

I recently had a stay here and I was impressed with the staff, and on this occasion Taylor B, the staff in the lobby is so worth mentioning! I had a bit of a mishap with one of the vending machines on the floor and he was absolutely professional, courteous and patient with me. He took care of the problem at no cost and offered his sincerest apology. It may seem like a small detail but it’s worth noting this was all happening 5 in the morning. It’s not often we meet people like Taylor B. quick with excellent problem solving and people skills. I enjoyed my stay at this resort immensely. The rooms are clean, the pool is convenient and the beach too is located conveniently super close to the venue but again, its the people that work here is what’s special about this place!

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Resort!!! I don’t have even one complaint! The staff in all areas were very nice and accommodating! Cleanliness was evident everywhere. The decor was so pretty and the lazy river was so relaxing! My granddaughter loved the mermaid! The mermaid was very sweet to my granddaughter and all of the little girls. I would stay there again a hundred times over!!!

Best Holiday Inn Resort we have stayed at ever! Direct access to beach from the pool area, on site restaurant serves breakfast thru dinner, food was actually very good, get the Cajun burger! Staff were all super friendly, Caitlin was our server for several breakfasts and was very nice and extremely helpful. There is a bar inside and out at the pool, on site ice cream bar as well, also with direct access from pool area. Hit the bar on the way to the beach, no need for cash, all can be added to the room. Movies every night for the kids at the pool, even have a pirate and mermaid in the pool to entertain the kids. Clean rooms, quiet and a perfect view of the beach. Will stay here again!

We had a tremendous time at our stay at this holiday inn the fact kids eat free that are under 11 is a awesome value. The food was good. The service was great. I have to give a shout out to Max one of the pool deck attendants he will super nice Y'all need to give that man a promotion he is the highlight of our stay.
