We had an amazingly good time during our stay. The breakfast is included with the stay and was top-notch. Everything was hot and fresh. The staff was on top of cleanliness and anything that was needed. The pool area provided towels which was stocked full and kept orderly. Beach access was very accessible especially if one had kids to carry a bunch of stuff out for! Definitely a great stay!

From the moment we arrived, the front desk receptionist was quite pleasant. I believe her name tag had Grace on it? I wish I had written her name down... She had a dark sandy to blonde color hair with a nose ring. She checked us in and was there when we checked out. She was naturally pleasant and informative. The hotel, as a whole, was exceptionally clean. My husband brought a UV light and there wasn't one spot that showed. There were no questionable spots or former residence hair to be found. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious- nothing was dry and everything we ate was flavorful. I love that they built the hotel where every room is beach front. Every person who stays in that hotel gets a beach view with no doubt. That alone was wonderful. The beach was clean as well- I'm not sure if the hotel staff has anything to do with that, but if so- it is admirable. We definitely recommend the hotel highly, and if we flock to Pensacola again, we will absolutely stay here again.

The Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach gets a 5-star rating for its prime location with private beach access, complete with chair rentals. But the real win here is the free breakfast! Every morning, they had a fantastic spread, but the vegetable egg white omelet was a game-changer. Plus, who can resist a one-minute pancake maker? Our room was beautiful and impeccably clean, but the true star was the ocean view from the balcony - breathtaking! The friendly staff, clean lobby, and peaceful nights (no noisy neighbors!) made this stay truly exceptional. Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach exceeded expectations. It offered the perfect blend of relaxation, convenience delicious breakfasts, and a prime location for exploring. I can't wait to return!

This is our 2nd year in a row booking a stay at this hotel for our vacation. We love staying at the Holiday Inn Express because of the location, cleanliness, and the hard-working team of staff members that truly make it a wonderful vacation. I love that every room has a balcony with a beautiful view! It's easy to get to the beach and the pool is awesome. Breakfast every morning? Such a great way to start a beach day! We can't wait to return next year! ♥️⛱️🌴☀️

Very nice stay, rooms were average hotel rooms, very clean. Not crowded on beach. Decent size pool, but not super big. Beach chairs and umbrella available for extra, $50 all day but close and but up chairs at 5. The people helping with chairs were great. Free breakfast but no bar or restaurant at hotel. .8 mile to the main food and shopping area so you can walk or rent a bike. And you may want to walk on weekends because parking can be very hard to come by at the shops and restaurants. Overall good time. All rooms have gulf view and balconies (I think all)

Absolutely the best holiday Inn resort I have been to by far. Adam at the front desk is by far an example of what a hotel experience champion should be at an IHG property. If he isn’t one they should definitely look at him for a candidate. Working for an IHG property in another state I am so meticulous over the standard and this property surpassed my every expectation by a landslide. We will definitely return for our annual family end of summer vacation in years to come

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and right on the beach. Breakfast is tasty, staff are polite, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Only negative is that the room walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy neighbors, you’ll hear them.
