Booked a room based on reviews. Got to the hotel a bit early and seen if they had a room ready. August 30 2024. The lady at front desk I believe her name was Cindy was super nice and got us a room for us. She didnt have to because we were early. Very helpful and clean hotel and rooms. The morning breakfast was good. The employees were very helpful and was making sure everyone had a place to sit. They were busy and they opened the business room so everyone had a place to sit. If every hotel was like this it would be very nice. The only thing they could have had was hot tub but I knew that when I booked. 5 stars and would stay there again. Never know what you are going to get when you are 5 hours away from home. Big shout out to Cindy. Thanks

Very nice property. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with a good choice of items. The bathroom was clean and modern. The pillows were great and the bed was comfortable. |The property was conveniently located with good choices for dinner nearby.

We were in town for a basket ball tournament at the Arena. This location is great for the Arena, shopping and food. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I'm not sure if its newer or recently remodeled. I loved the Dove products in the bathroom and the beds were great. The kids enjoyed the pool also. There were 15 families in our group and another group staying at the hotel was in town for a funeral. The only complaint I have is the policy on the meeting room. The funeral group was setting up in the lobby for a family function/reunion of sorts. Our group was ordering pizzas and out of respect for the other group, wanted to use the meeting room. We were told it was a $150 charge and the lobby was a public space. I said ok, just trying to be courteous and avoid a possible issue. There wasn't one and we all had nice visits, but felt like we could have used the other room.

Amazingly clean and cozy. It was rare not to see the staff cleaning or wiping down tables. The hotel is away from the highway, which makes it quiet and restful. The staff is polite, friendly, and fun. You can't go wrong with staying here while in Sioux City!!!!

Front Desk staff was actually personable and helpful. It was comforting to see. Just stayed a fee hours as we were passing thru but breakfast was good. No bacon but sausage was a good 2nd choice

Positive: The staff were helpful and kind. They were understanding with my dog. He is an anxious barker and they didn't make us feel like bad guest but rather helped us settle him by putting a fan outside our door to drown out noise. They are the best! Thank you! Negative: Being picky, the only thing I would have liked is if the pool was heated or wish they had a hot tube. It felt warm in the room but after being in the pool for 10 minutes we were pretty cold unfortunately. So we didn't us it as much as we wanted. Negative: ""

Everything was so pleasant! The room was super clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was quality and very good! Traveling across the US this stay was exactly what we needed to rest and recharge!

Respectful and cordial front desk lady at check in . Clean and well kept hotel . Room ample , cozy, clean and maintained to every single detail . Beautiful and comfortable chair for the work desk and room chair. I wish the other holiday inn express hotels.
