Hilton Miami/Downtown - Hotel in Miami - 1601 Biscayne Blvd, USA

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very spacious standard guest room with two queen beds. Did not pay for bay view but the city view from the 18th floor was awesome. Lobby always very bustling as I think many MSC cruise ship passengers were staying at the hotel at the time. The hotel is not on the waterfront, but a very short walk to the lovely Bayshore Drive and the oceanfront pedestrian path. Publix supermarket across the street for those needing snacks and various sundries. Valet parking only - a little pricy but standard for this area - and they were very friendly and brought out the car superfast EVERY single time! So the convenience was definitely worth the extra cost. Lobby and common areas newly renovated as was our guest room ( read in reviews that rooms were dated but that's definitely not the case with our room!)||A big shoutout to the guest lost-and-found service - we lost two jackets in the lobby area. When I first asked about it with Security I found out that they had a computer system logging in all the lost items with descriptions, and on the night that I lost my jackets two jackets were found which were described black (mine were dark navy blue). Two days later right before I checked out from the hotel , I asked the gentleman (Jabes D.) working in the street level lobby security area if he could check for me again - as dark navy could look black with certain lighting. He went upstairs, brought down the jackets 10 minutes later - and they were my indeed my jackets! I am so impressed with the guest service department - not only they had this very well-organized system for tracking lost items, the staff were patient and kind on both occasions when I inquired about my items. This also seemed to be the general level of professionalism and courteousness among the staff throughout the hotel.||I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in the downtown area.

Arrived at the hotel following a long journey, missed flight and minus any luggage at all! Checked in by Viery who was outstanding she was kind, empathetic and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She really is an asset to the hotel and would like to again Thank her. ||Location was great, only stay one night pre cruise ||Breakfast was good, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location - especially for cruisers. Rooms and common spaces minus the lobby(s) need a bit of updating. Service was fine. The elevators broke due to a citywide power outage on our stay but they comped breakfast for everyone and even the room rate (we got a half comp since we paid in advance) completely proactively. Felt bad for the elder cruise passengers doing early check in/checkout but the staff really looked like they were trying to rectify things. Overall given the price we (initially) would have paid I would still stay it would have been good value, given the sky high hotel rates in Miami as a whole.

We’ve previously stayed elsewhere in Miami and our favorite was Conrad, which is something else now. We’ve been to a lot of downtown Hiltons and while they are usually reliable, they were nothing like this. From the moment we walked in, service was top notch, beginning with Brittany, but also David at the front desk, and David at the concierge. We also appreciated being taken care of so well by Nathan the valet. And we found that the lounge/bar area was perfect. Emilio, Mario, Hans and others were the best. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with a great staff. Everyone was so helpful. They have great valet service you will not be disappointed. If you are thinking about staying Downtown Miami definitely consider coming here. You can stay on the high floors and get a really nice night time view . Everything is close to hear so you can walk to lots of places without driving or ubering. You will have no problems finding somewhere nice to eat and if you want a quick bite just walk across the street to the Checkers. My family and I are planning on staying here again soon. I was not able to extend my stay, was not able to late checkout and the hotel does not have any place to change clothes after checkout. Did not feel any benefit as Hilton gold member. Elevators are really bad, take 10 to 15 minutes to get up and down if they have events in the hotel. Rooms need a better shower. Internet connection is low speed and asks for login every few of hours. Service was good, staff is very cordial

I'm certain the elevators are a new electronic experience of speed and direction but holy crap are they confusing, and nobody from the hotel helps with that!! The hotel experience is a general overall good Hilton relationship. However, the room hallways, feel a little dirty to me. My Room looks great and feels very clean!! Definitely always a plus!! This trip is more about the business experience and aspect, and although I'm writing this review during the trip, everything is going quite well. The check-in with the front desk was a little wishy washy but after getting to a manager, through much hesitation, it was a snap!

Girls trip 2024... 24 strong.... Some of us came in a day early and needed several rooms. This is where this hotel comes in. We were met by Kevin friendly face, and he took our luggage and then directed us to the lobby. Then we met my Diana at the front desk. Talk about handling us with a smile on her face and a great personality to make our one night stay awesome.. until we come again.. Shandra Smith
