The location was perfect! It was close to The Strip, easy to access to Fremont Street and Downtown Outlet Store shopping. Walking distance is the Westgate Casino, The hotel was modern and clean. The mini kitchen was well stocked. The pool was nice sized. I would definitely stay again!
I'd like to thank all staff at the Hilton paradise, very friendly and accommodating to all your needs. Beautiful clean, newly renovated rooms were perfect. If your looking for 5 star treatment, but off strip, this the spot. 2 minute walk to the monorail, and cabs n lyfts take back roads to get you home quickly. Pool was perfect, NO CROWDS very relaxing and clean. Jacuzzi was perfect. Front desk, to maid service, to even interacting with the hotel supervisor, all request were respected immediately. Want respect, want a clean friendly facility, want your dollars worth, try this hidden gem. Once again thank you all staff at the Hilton grand club vacations paradise.
I recently stayed at the Hilton (08/28-08/29). I was supposed to stay longer, but we found bugs on the bed. I informed the front desk, and they sent security to the room (#1123). I showed him the bag of bugs that we had found on the bed where my daughter was sleeping. He said that they indeed looked like bed bugs. They informed us that they were going to have an inspector check the room. We had to leave all our stuff there and were not able to bring anything out of the room until the inspector confirmed what kind of bugs were on the bed. After about nine hours, the manager called us back and informed us that the inspection was complete. The manager told us that the front desk would have the report, letting us know what kind of bugs were on the bed. After returning to the hotel, we requested the report, and they provided it to us. The report stated that there were bugs found in the room. When I asked what kind of bugs were found on the bed, they were unable to provide that information. They insinuated that the bugs in the room were from outside and had wings. I showed them the picture of the bug I had taken, and it did not have wings. I asked if they had requested the inspector to inspect the bugs in the room because the report did not mention anything about those bugs. The report only stated that the room had no bed bugs. The head of security did not have an answer for us and insisted that we were the ones who brought the bugs into the room, which we did not. He then started giving us a bad attitude. When I requested a refund because we no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel due to the way we were treated, the front desk clerk said she would check us out with a refund for the day and asked us to get our belongings from the room. However, when we returned, she was no longer there, and another front desk clerk informed us that she had left for her break. I asked Hope at the front desk how long it would take for her to come back because she was going to help us. Hope said she did not know. We waited for about half an hour, and she had not returned. We ended up leaving to check in at another hotel. I asked Hope to have the front desk lead give us a call back when she returned. After four hours, I still did not get a call back. I called the hotel again, and Hope answered. I asked if she was back, and she said she would transfer me. When I was transferred, it was to voicemail. I hung up and called again, but once more, I was transferred to voicemail. I called again and was able to speak to the front desk lead, and she informed us that they were not going to give us any refund.|I had uploaded the pictures of bugs that we found on the bed. So you guys can look for yourself how the bugs look like. Do your research. Looks like bed bugs to
Absolutely loved our stay here. Rooms were newly renovated and have a more modern luxurious look. Nice and clean. Extremely spacious. Amazing value for the price. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin so beware of that. Luckily it wasn’t a huge issue for us. 10/10 recommend. Nice distance from the strip.
We stayed 5 days and we loved it! The staff is friendly and courteous, the hotel is always clean and smell like new! It is located at a walking distance to 2 monorail stations, and to the Convention Center which is very convenient. It has a complimentary 6-floors parking garage with easy access to the hotel through the pool area. I definitely recommend this hotel.
We just visited here for the weekend and were in town for a basketball tournament for a youth basketball event (AAU). This is the place to be if you are traveling for a youth sports tournament. There is no smoking and there's not a casino on the property. The rooms have washing machines and dryers and full size refrigerators in the units, so that you can keep your athlete fed healthy food and keep their uniforms washed over a period of days in the HEAT. There's a pool there that was cool. On the first floor is a pool table and a foosball table and lounge for the kids to be able to hang out, but without worrying about smoke and gamblers.||There is a self- park garage adjacent to the property so that you don't have to constantly call down to valet and deal with that headache. You can have groceries delivered through instacart or other services. Housekeeping was lovely. Fullsize 12 cup coffee makers in the room. And the staff were so great and let us check in early because our flight was so early that day. And they give you bottled water everyday, which in Vegas, is super important in the summer. GREAT experience.
We’ve been HGV members since 1999 and have used it all over the US and abroad. Since its acquisition of Diamond all the properties seem to be falling apart. We stayed in a 1 bdrm suite last month and a studio this month. Both newly renovated rooms. Furniture was flimsy and cheap. The showers have missing caulking and discoloration around the trim, as do all the bathroom baseboards. The doors have a 1.5inch gap so you hear the housekeeping staff chit chatting outside your door, and anyone who walks by. The room next to us had a kid coughing and we heard them all night. The pool had 5 working umbrellas (115 degrees) last month and this month they were down to 3! Hilton is looking more like a best Western than a luxury hotel. It saddens me to say that Marriott and Hyatt seem to be a better choice.
Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to families!
We booked the 1 queen BR suite with an accessible shower. Rooms were spotless and the suite had a full sized kitchen with a living and dining area. We had two TVs and the couch in the living room was very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable — my 1 month old had no problem taking his naps on there :) Bathroom was very clean, and the accessible shower is great for those with toddlers. Housekeeping was GREAT. We always had fresh towels to come back to and the room smelled pleasant and was cleaned thoroughly.
The ladies at the marketplace downstairs are so friendly and welcoming. Big shoutout to them for the great customer service and coffee!
Swimming pool was nice, towels were readily available and deck area was generally clean.
Location wise — if you stay here you’ll likely need a rental car especially if you have kids. If not, I would say it is OK walking distance to the Strip.
Definitely staying here again!
