Hilton Garden Inn Sioux City Riverfront - Hotel in Sioux City - 1132 Larsen Park Rd, USA

We waited 5 minutes for the receptionist just to be told a bottle of water costs 1 dollar. She was smoking outside. It is wheelchair accessible but the pools could be more accessible. The hot tub was amazing! For the price though you could've included breakfast.

Our family usually stays at a different Hilton hotel when in Sioux City, but this time we decided to try this hotel instead. Hilton hotels are usually without any serious complaints and this is no exception. If traveling with children, this hotel is nearly perfect. The only thing missing is complimentary breakfast, which can be expected with this type of hotel. The swimming pools include a hot tub, a shallow pool perfect for smaller children, and then an average sized standard pool. The workout facility was meh. While they have a treadmill, bike, and elliptical, they had essentially minimal free weights. It would be great to see a cable machine perhaps. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was ample space in the suite we had. As with many hotels, a few cosmetic fixes could be done, but really nothing major. Our room had a couch bed but no sheets in the room, so that was unfortunate. All in all, a good stay and will likely continue to stay here for future visits.

The rooms need to be updated they are old and outdated. The staff is awful. No sense of taking care of the guest. I have to wait outside because the employees feel it’s best to smoke right in front of the door where the guests have to enter. I guess the Hilton does not provide a smoking section.

We only stayed overnight as we were on a road trip. It’s a good looking hotel well-located by the river, but on the outskirts of the city. The room was large and comfortable and the whole hotel was clean. They had some great outdoors areas with fire sticks providing light. This would have been 5 stars except that my internet connection kept dropping throughout the evening and the next morning.

My wife got us a room here because we had a flight out at 6:00 am. The front desk workers were not very pleasing. The tub was dirty and less than a foot deep. The room itself was no better than the motel 8 we stayed at earlier in the week. For the price we paid you would think there would be some kind of breakfast. I can tell you that my wife will never go back there.

Facility is nice as far as the hotel goes. Conference center could use some cleanliness, particularly in the restrooms. Every single stall in the ladies room was disgusting and nearly unusable.

Positive: Location right off the interstate - nice newer hotel Negative: 20 cars in the parking lot.I had my 10 year old son with me...with it being on the river would have loved a room with a river view. lady at front desk said my room was already chosen on the non river side-said there was no way to change it - frustrating

My wife and I live locally in Sioux City, we sometimes like staying in hotels around town, so we went to Crave for dinner and planned a stay here. Worst experience we've ever had at a hotel in Sioux City, it was super noisy with jumping and running on the floor above us, so I called the front desk they said they would handle. Noise never stopped, then at 11PM someone knocked on our door, we didn't answer, but neesless to say we were a but spooked since it was 20 minutes after my call and we were trying to sleep. The beds were already unfortable and the pillows were so flimsy, neither one of us could sleep. So, after all that, we decided to cut our losses and just go home. We won't be back. Very disappointing experience and a waste of money!!
