It was 3 working in this store on 2/1/24 we entered the store wasn’t greeted @all m.It was this black salesman when he did notice the 2 of us he was so polite and helpful but the other 2 workers a black female was there with her phone in her hand the entire 31 mins we were there along with the white young man holding his phone as well ask them a question their mouth barely opened.People get a grip on life no one owes you anything now you gotta work for your makings being rude gets you nowhere.
This store is normally awesome. This particular time they didn't have my size, but, they ordered it from another store. Told me it would take 3 days and I would get a call to come pick up. Well here it is a week later, and still no call or shoes. I have called the store several times and NOBODY ANSWERED. I'm out of town so I can't show up at the store and get them, I tried calling to get them to release them to my son. I'm disappointed that they don't answer the phone. Now I don't know if Mr. Robert has been there but when he is not, the store is a disaster!
I took my mom to go get shoes at this location, we walk in and look around, we were not greeted one time, they made eye contact with me multiple times, and did not ask if we needed assistance, and when we walked in, there was four or five workers at the desk, after we looked around for a couple minutes, there was only one person standing there, a younger brown skin, girl with black hair on her phone, when we approached her, she did not give us the time of day to look up at all she just needed to finish her text, we then approached her again and found her sitting behind the counter on the ground I guess, standing for more than five minutes in one spot got the best of her, and she needed to sit down and text on the floor. I thought we were looking for shoes, but we were really looking for employees, I’ve never left a Google review in my life, this will be my first one and this was the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a very long time. We asked her multiple times if she had some sizes, and instead of looking to see if she had more colorways or sizes in the shoe that my mother wanted, she just went back to texting each time, and before she tries to use the excuse to her managers that she was not texting and that “she was looking up shoe sizes”, she had two phones out, one was obviously her phone and she was not using it for work whatsoever. So, please don’t let her lie to whoever her manager is. When we walked away, she went to the back so she didn’t have to help us anymore. Out of all 4 people standing up there when we first walked in, the only person that I seen help anyone was a young man with dreads, I really think that there needs to be a manager in store more often, this is ridiculous, I just watched a shoe store be ran by what looks to be highschoolers with no prior experience with customer service in their entire life. they need to teach more than just shoes, they need to be taught customer service. And there’s nothing wrong with having to do some work in the back, for those that did not help us, but for the ones that sat up front on their phones and decided that we were not dirt under their shoes, they need to be let go from the company, disrespectfully. Thank you.
This my favorite store to shop at awesome customer service everytime
Took my young grandson in for his first big boy mitt. He's left handed so finding exactly what I was looking for was gonna be hard. Nope. Found it on the rack, with the help of some very knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys
Simply the best place to shop sports gear in Alabama. Great customer service the best staff very helpful well established in our community the staff greet you with respect and supportive engery they know who you are and what you like and they find you the best deals however this is a military retirement city and no military discount every other sports apparel store gives discounts so its easier to go to champs footlocker and other stores.
Just spent 20 min in the store and none of the employees interacted with me or anyone else. Just stood around talking about washing their hair. I was going to buy a couple pairs of shoes but couldn't get help so I'll go somewhere else.
Absolutely hands down really good people. Wonderful customer service and very helpful.. thank you all you made a little girl VERY HAPPY TODAY!
