Han is a very pleasant and wonderful guy. I bought the 3D type to surprise my wife. The quality of the etching is top notch. It's not cheap, but it helps create a beautiful imprint of a memory that will most certainly last forever. Definitely worth it!

Juliana was such a help and helped receive my crystal within an hour! I highly recommend this place fast and efficient. Everything was last minute but still made it happen, thank you again Juliana , i will definitely recommend this ton anyone looking for crystals!!

I just love this place. I have ordered four things from now and everyone has been perfect and a gentleman to help me today he was great. My order came in early and I was so happy and he made sure everything was clean and packed needed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly wish I could give ZERO STARS! A complete waste of time. This company has no staff. Has a kiosk at Brea Mall with no employees. If you pay attention all of the 5-star reviews are posted from the kiosk & are models displayed (not from actual purchases).I wish i would have payed attention before I paid my money for a horrible product, dealing with bad customer service that will drive you crazy. Found this company who was somewhat local to me. Drove over an hour on Saturday, November 5, 2022 to find an empty kiosk with no employees and a sign that said “Be back soon”… after waiting 45 mins. I decided to call the phone number listed online. I spoke to a Nick who continued to apologize for no one working. He stated that there were suppose to be 2 people working and he didn’t know if they went on a break or if they “walked off the job”…. Very strange. He insisted that I place an order over the phone & he would help me place an order for Wednesday pick up. Fast forward to pick up day (Wednesday, November 9, 2022). Nick calls me at 12pm noon asking when I would arrive so he can “make sure someone is at the kiosk”… weird, my order shouldn’t determine staffing. I reinterated that I would be arriving around 7pm as it would take me over an hour to drive there after work. He says no problem. I arrive at 6:50pm only to find no one at the kiosk. I’m in complete disbelief. After waiting…. The employee at the neighboring kiosk tells me “they are closed, they left earlier”. I proceed to call Nick and once again he continues to apologize by saying “someone should be there, I guess they walked off the job” let me call the owner… After frustrating calls and text messages a guy walks ups with boxes who is on FaceTime with Nick (crazy). He is telling him how to identify order numbers on each box. The guy is fumbling between positioning his phone and the boxes. Only to open a box where I find a tiny crystal that fits in the palm of my hand (I ordered a “medium”). THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Please don’t waste your time. I’m beyond disappointed and would hate for anyone to experience even half of what I did. Do what you have to do to look and shop elsewhere. I’m too embarrassed to gift this tiny crystal, wasted so much time and energy that I can never get back. Beyond horrible and crazy experience!

Always walked past this booth whenever I went to Brea Mall and always wanted to get one for my parents! Finally had the chance to get one for them for Christmas! The workers were so helpful and explains how it works! They also give you advice which shape looks the best! For this kind of work, they offer a good price! It looks so nice in person too!
