I was a little leery of staying here because I had read some bad reviews. I’m so glad I did! This hotel and staff were awesome. I received a call from a very nice woman a few days before my arrival confirming my reservation. I thought that was a nice touch. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and my gold status was acknowledged. I had a suite which had a large living room with a private balcony right on the beach, a full kitchen with dishwasher and a separate bedroom. The bath area was large with 2 sinks, a tub and shower. There were 2 large closets. My bedroom had a private balcony. Loved waking up in my comfortable bed looking right at the ocean. My room was well stocked with towels, hand towels, washcloths, Kleenex and soap. I never needed to ask for towels during my stay. That was very nice. I had 2 minor maintenance issues that were taken care of promptly. Within walking distance of great restaurants. I usually stay at the Hilton next door but am so glad I stayed here. The price was great for the huge room I had. They do charge for parking but let me know that immediately. Parking lot is huge, ample spaces. I didn’t use the pool due to weather but it was very pretty and you can walk right out to the beach. Thank you to everyone here who made my stay so nice!
Location is everything here ! Room is very cozy and the balcony tops it all off. The pools are very clean. And so happy I can bring my little dogs along! My family loves this place and will be forever returning customers from here on out! The outdoor bar was lovely and fun. The restaurant next door is a plus for sure! Can't wait to try out the work out room this year! Oh and breakfast is beautiful. Love the guest interaction when going to breakfast. The staff keeps everything stocked and make your own waffles yum! Really love this place from check in to check out! ✔️
Older part of the hotel, but I’m here for the beach drinks and restaurants.
This hotel killed all of the above. I recommend the “dip platter” I can’t remember what it’s called but it’s like four different dips and I recommend you get it every time you’re there
The pool is to die for, the hot tub is amazing and the pool deck bar is a full great bar that you can even order food at.
Restaurant bar tenders are awesome and a blast to vacation and party with! They will make your stay worth it
Will stay here again.
We found a deal at the last minute online on Traveluro. Awesome room!!!! We have a King with a pullout couch. All the rooms face the ocean and it's a short walk. We came for New Years, so it's cold and not very crowded. There are 2 pools and one is heated. Lots of great restaurants right next door or not far to walk. Crabs is right next door, highly recommended. There is also a mini golf place right next door too. Service great, lovely decor, free hot breakfast, but I wasn't a fan.
Edit: As far as me, not being a fan of the breakfast is really because I have medical issues and not a lot of food is appealing to me. I did have a bagel and cream cheese which was fresh and delicious. My husband liked the hot breakfast
Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Only complaint was my fault really. Resort is pet friendly, which is great if you have pets, but as someone that doesn't like animals inside it was a little off putting. Still clean, but definitely could tell pets had been in the room.
Hotel was in a great location and staff was very friendly. However the hallway and our room rugs all need a good scrubbing. And for some reason our toilet was not bolted down properly and wiggled. The most important things that I feel every one should know before you go. 1 They charge 15.00 a day for parking. But never took our license plate number or gave us a hang tag. 2. They also charged a incidentals fee of 130.00 on arrival to my credit card. There is a refund issued but having my card on file should have been sufficient. And finally 3.They have a pool towel policy. The hotel issued you cards with your room key card and if you don’t turn these card back in to the front desk at time of check out they will charge you 20.00 for a pool towel. And it’s not like they have big posh beach towels. They are the standard hotel towel.
Even though I found all theses little things to be ridiculous. I would however stay there again, hopefully with cleaner rugs.
Positive: It was on the beach! It had a nice breakfast, and the rooms were very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: We were advised at check-in there was no hot water - that was a problem. Front desk staff comped our parking fee - that was good. Unfortunately, we had booked using a third party. However, problem was rectified by the next morning - we had hot water.
This hotel was great! Honestly, I wasn't much on breakfast but that's just a preference. The front desk associates need to give some insight as to where the room is located, and info on amenities. They weren't so personable. However, the room was one of the cleanest I had seen! ALL of the HOUSEKEEPING staff were friendly and greeted me every time I saw them. Location was great, I would definitely make this hotel my go-to for Pensacola!

A+ experience! More amenities than comparable priced hotels. My kiddos have had a blast, and seeing their faces light up made us extend our stay. The entire staff has been friendly and welcoming. We haven't had much of a reason to leave as everything
This was a beautiful beach and clean. We went early in the morning got there about 8. Very few people there. Water was a beautiful blue color. Parking was great.
It is the pure white sandy beach on a day that few people were there. Perfect. Red flag day so the waves were high and no one could get in the water. But it is January and too cold for me to get in the water anyway. Gorgeous beach.
Delicious drinks, expensive but thatâs to be expected with the incredible view!! I think itâs called sneaky tiki because we almost couldnât find it ð Facing the water, you can park in the lot to the left of the RV park, and then walk to the
Wiggle tails by the sea!
This dog beach was a beautiful place just on the west side of the animal reserve leaving Navarre. There was some parking but that particular day (Sunday) it wasn't enough. Note no bathrooms for humans. We took our Jolie Fle
Stayed for one night we enjoyed our stay. The park was beautiful and clean. We could see the beach from our site which was great. The park staff were freindly and helpful couldn't of asked for better service. The park was in walking distance to shops
Awesome place for a beach vacation. Lower key than other places in Florida. Because of a sea turtle nesting area, there is a large part of the island, just to the east of the resort that is not built on and never will be. Also, Blue Angels practic
Pensacola Beach Boardwalk is a very nice place to visit. I enjoyed the sights, sounds, and the people. The restaurants are great. It's an overall wonderful experience.
A must-eat place for many years. Usually a wait. Freshest oysters & sweet fried shrimp. Their grouper sandwich is off the charts too. If you enjoy oysters, belly up to the bar and watch them shuck them. Sometimes there's a pearl too! Friendly staff
We loved staying here for a long weekend!! It's a great location, close walk to some restaurants, bars and shops. We love that it was right on the beach and has incredible views! We also enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub. It was unusually chilly so w
