Clean and fresh ... The hotel is as one would expect from a newer Hampton Inn. Not much to offer for outdoor space though, if you like to grab a smoke and drink in the evenings, which we do. I tail-gated and felt safe doing so. I'd give a 4.5 if I could.
New Hotel that is clean, quiet, and secure. I can easily see why it’s so highly rated. Stay on the 4th floor for maximum quiet comfort. Very good quality beds and a great air conditioner complete the package. The hotel is Easy to find in a retail/commercial area.
Booked an accessible room for a disabled person. Confirmed. Got to hotel and told no accessible room available. Room substituted was not accessible, and front desk didn't even know what features made up an accessible room.
Staff was amazing! We arrived at about 9pm, soaked from riding our motorcycles in the storm and Jess at the front desk was so kind and kept our spirits up. The rooms were great, breakfast was fantastic, the hotel was very clean and well stocked. Thank you!
I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn 2 times now, and compared to all other Hilton properties in the area, this one is the cleanest, quietest, and has the best front desk staff of all the Hilton Properties in the Sioux City area. Restaurants and shopping are right up the hill within a 2 minute drive, and there is food and gas within 3 minutes. Easy access to the interstate is also a big plus.
If you book your room on the Hilton app you can pick your room on the app and use a digital key, bypassing the front desk to check in. The other Hilton property by the River in Sioux City can never get that to work right and has failed at that 4/4 times over 2 years. This location has gotten it right each time on 2 stays in 6 months.
Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. It is located in a nice area with plenty of shopping around and easy access to the highway. the staff was friendly and the breakfast is the typical HI breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
The hotel and the rooms are fine. The check-in experience was less than stellar. I booked and paid for a room with two beds. When we arrived to check-in, they claimed they did not have any rooms remaining with two beds. I promptly called the Hilton Diamond help desk and they resolved the situation in a satisfactory and efficient manner. A big thank you to the Hilton Diamond help desk for helping to make this stay satisfactory.
I stayed here two times! It was nice, even though I'm 9. My parents let us swim, and it was nice! And I heard some kids flooded the pool bathroom.
