Hampton Inn & Suites Milwaukee/Franklin - Hotel in Franklin - 6901 S 76th St, USA

We booked a king bed. The room is really nice and big. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are pretty decent. The bathroom is clean and looks nice with the glass enclosed shower. We didn't hear anything other rooms or the hall, which is a big bonus for us. The staff at the desk were friendly and welcomed us every time we came in the building. Counter service for snacks is a nice touch. Easy to find and a nice parking lot with ample spots. Would stay again!

I spent a night here this January 2024. This is a pleasant Inn. The staff was very responsive in making our stay enjoyable and did text me related to our comfort. The beds were 5 out of 5 for comfort. The sound proofing is exceptional. I was very pleased 😀 with this wonderful Inn and wish you an enjoyable time.

Great place to take a break. Clean rooms and it's nice having the indoor pool as an option. They even have rooms that sleep six if needed which is a nice option. The included breakfast has plenty of choices too. Jeff is running a great establishment here. Highly recommend it for a place to stay!

Live in the area and have had to stay here a few times for extended stays due to moving dates not lining up etc. nothing really negative to say about the hotel or staff. There aren’t many food places open late in the area but wasn’t an issue for us. We did have a small fridge, sink, and counter space for food from the grocery store. Hotel was clean, always quick to bring fresh towels, and help when/where they could. The GM was very accommodating when we had to continue to extend out hotel stay while looking for a new place to live. The front desk staff was kind. When we stayed last January for a month, Dawn the breakfast attendant, was the best. We stayed last night and were sad to hear she was no longer there full time. Again we live in the area but is our first choice when we need a local hotel!

As others have shared the room and hotel generally were spotless. Very clean and safe. Staff were to a one friendly and accommodating. There was some weirdness with iPhones not connecting to WiFi and the pool locks activating at a weird time but the staff was very open about it and made it all ok. We still enjoyed the pool. Coffee was great at breakfast. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice our stay was. Recommend.

The hotel was fine, but nothing special. Breakfast was not very good, the bagels were hocky puck hard the first day, but it's kind of what you expect from a middle of the road hotel. The pool and hot tub were cold, way too cold to enjoy. The hot tub was so cold my young daughter was able to just hang out in it like a lukewarm bathtub. The only really bad part was that the bed was hard as a rock. We were in room 523. I can't speak for any of the other rooms though, maybe those beds are fine. The staff was friendly though!

They gave us a dirty room (unmade beds, used towels and garbage) and it went downhill from there. We waited in our car for about 40 minutes while they cleaned it. Keys, both physical and digital, didn’t work. Desk lady was snippy about it and passed us off to someone else. The hot tub didn’t work. There was a dog barking in the night. Then the breakfast lady was so rude when I mentioned I saw an utensil fall on the floor that I snapped. I know I way overreacted, but several employees standing around actually laughed in our face. I was promised Honors points, but of course never received them.

No longer will I stay at the properties near the airport. With these great amenities, the excellent Shuttle Service (Ask for Randy) and lower prices, this property is the real deal. Bring your workout stuff because the gym and the pool are very nice.
