Hampton Inn & Suites Lynchburg - Hotel in Lynchburg - 3600 Liberty Mountain Dr, USA

This is by far the cleanest, most relaxing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not a speck of dust anywhere, kind and supportive staff, wonderful soaps and amenities and a dang good breakfast to boot. Jeanie and the team do an amazing job making this a home away from home. Extra points for a secure location as well. All side entrances require key card for entry so I feel a lot safer traveling alone

Stayed here around late October for a band trip and it was great! Especially loved the breakfast options and was a big fan of the red velvet waffles. Lady in charge of the breakfast area was very helpful but a no b.s. kind of person which I liked. (Please tell me where you guys get the red velvet waffle mixes I love them so much)

Great rooms and very friendly staff upon check in. Amazing Christmas decorations made it feel very special! Even a hot chocolate bar with various toppings. Warm cookies at desk. Nice fitness center...I was able to get a pretty good workout in. Rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet.

Excellent hotel, it was very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and was kept fresh. The downside to the rooms were there were not adequate USB support. There were only two at located at the lamp between the bed.

Staff was amazing!! Our room and hotel was clean and very spacious. Bed was super comfortable! The grounds were very well kept with a beautiful fall decoration scene near the front entrance. Location was near many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and would stay here again without any hesitation.

Rooms were clean and nice. They have a decent size gym with various equipment. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t up to par for a Hilton property. Food/coffee ran out and took a little longer than expected to be replenished. Pre-made frozen eggs/omelettes were ice cold in the middle once they did come out.

Lousy wifi service — stays connect for no more than three minutes. Very inconvenient and annoying. Poor cell reception. Bathrooms need attention — not so clean — debris in shower corners, black ring under commode seat. Housekeeping two days a week. No pet free rooms — no consideration for those with allergies. Truck stop? Very small parking lot. Limited parking available — many large construction trucks and moving trucks parked across multiple 6’ standard slots. Caution cones set up throughout - wet floors. “Hot” breakfast Items on line were not hot — most likely not heated long enough . Cheese not melted in Omelettes. Potatoes were ice cold — not defrosted or warned to temperature. Kitchen staff not exactly helpful — directing me to microwave oven in company store to warm food. Trash bins overflowing. Noisy — hotel backs up to railroad. Unsatisfied — not the usual quality and standards of Hilton properties.

It was an older building and the view from the window was a bright streetlight and Chiles parking lot. I was cold and couldn’t do much to improve the conditions of the room. The desk rep was polite and professional, but overall, the vibe of the room, and the hotel in general, was just kind of cold. I do appreciate that a rep emailed me to address my concerns after I completed the Hilton survey though.
