Came to Haidilao with a party of 9. We had a reservation and were seated on time. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. You’re allowed up to 4 broths to share across your table. The mushroom broth and spicy pork broths were my favorite. The fresh noodles were particularly good, as was the pork belly and beef. As someone with a shrimp allergy, I really appreciated the allergen information and each item came in its own dish. The crispy pork & chicken were also outstanding. The dancing noodle dance was fun for the kids. And the dragon dance was fun. The sauce bar was a great opportunity to mix up exactly what I wanted - another thing I really enjoyed. I am looking forward to my next visit to Haidilao! Also, free validated parking in the garage in the same building. Be sure to ask for validation as you leave Haidilao.

I brought my elderly parents for the first time today, and we had the best experience. Kan Audrey was our waiter, and she was phenomenal in every way. She treated me and my parents so well. Extremely attentive and kind. If I could give her more stars I would. The food is incredible. I highly recommend this place!

I go to the Seattle location frequently and absolutely love it but this time we were craving it and were in Bellevue after watching the Christmas parade. The service was great everyone is super accommodating and friendly. The only thing is the locations have different menus. The Seattle locations offers shaved thin chicken while this location only offers the thick chicken breast which toook forever to cook and we just couldn’t tell if it was throughly cooked. This is more red meat catered in my opinion. It was good but because they don’t have the thin slice of chicken available we won’t be back. The spicy soup base was super spicy but a little too much oil

The soup bases are one of the best in town and we particularly loved the miso as well as premium fish soups. Plenty of meat options, seafood platter and the overall service was very good. Our server Mark was awesome and very helpful. Very friendly and fun place for kids as well. We are surely coming again - many a times 😋

Better than the Seattle location by a long shot but still false advertising, overpriced portions, and mediocre experience enhancements. The most egregious pricing is for their meat. We paid $28 plus tax for 7 thin slices of prime rib. The image on the menu has 10 slices and that still seems like a lot of money, but shorting 30% on top of what’s already overpriced is really unpleasant. The rest of the food is fine. The soup bases are tried and true (and tasty, if not extraordinarily flavorful like you get at some places in China). The sauce bar is essentially unchanged from 10 years ago and could benefit from some new or interesting toppings to keep up with the times, but I guess if it isn’t broken… One of the best noodle dancers I’ve ever seen at any Haidilao in the US or China. Hats off to you sir. I’m not leaving these mediocre reviews of Haidilao to try and hurt them, rather I want to see them be successful here and blaze a trail for hotpot in America. I think there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Went there for $1.99 Angus beef short plate special. The sauce bar was small; edamame was super salty, kimchi looks kinda old and the seaweed salad tasted like it just came out of the freezer. It was cool seeing the robot going around delivering dishes. The vegetable, tofu, and fishball plates portion were pretty small. They also have free snacks and ice cream. Free 3 hours parking, don't forget to ask for the free parking voucher on the way out.

Ordered hot pot. Great place if you want to eat 2 weeks worth of food in 30 minutes. Kids will like it here too as they have lots of snacks and soup for the kids to nibble on while you eat numbing and spicy pig brains. I'm biased towards hot pot places, but I did think the soup base is pretty good.

I had so much fun at hot pot tonight! I came with a group of 6 and we had an amazing food experience. The atmosphere is energetic and social. The service was great - one of the wait staff made us custom sauce and there was a noodle maker in a red track suit that was really blew my mind. The tomato base was YUM!! Get the tofu skin 😋
