I love this neighborhood pizza spot. It’s a one man show that always has consistently cheesy and delicious handmade pizza. The pizza is flat/New York style. This spot is open for carryout only and features free street parking. The owner is very nice to all customers and has been reliable over the last decade. Highly recommend if you are looking to support small businesses in Baltimore. I recommend calling ahead to place an order in advance.They also have a rewards program which is pretty cool for such a small business.
Gil's is my boyfriend's favorite pizza joint. I can't swing it due to a gluten allergy, but he says it's the best. They've been in business since 1958, and my BF remembers getting their pizza as a boy. The pizzas are all one size, 12-inch. They are consistently delicious, never let us down!
I don't know why people love this place so much. I had to try it multiple times to make sure I didn't get bad food. The pizza is terrible. It smells funky. Its like more parmesan than mozzarella and its a very dry pizza. The crust is bland. The customer service is awesome though. They are very nice.
Wow ! Delicious pizza ! The thin crust takes some strategizing but seems like it’s just there to help you get the toppings in your mouth. Spectacular !
I love the meat sauce! The pepperoni are under the cheese. No need for extra cheese. Just Pizza nothing else. More pricey than others but it's real authentic pizza. Crust is thin.
Utter perfection the best pizzs in Baltimore hands down. Gil knows what he is doing. The smells in the car taking your pizza home make it hard to drive without drooling down your face. Bravo Gil!

Can’t believe I’ve rode past this place dozens of times and never noticed it. The pizza is amazing, its truly one of the best slices I’ve had in years. It’s unique to me because I’ve never seen toppings under the cheese!! I buy them two at a time cause I need one for myself lol definitely go enjoy that medium, squarish looking pizza and thank me later.
Bill and Tonya were INCREDIBLE hosts. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and well maintained. Also, Zulu was the cutest company for our breakfasts. Truly the only place weâll ever stay in Baltimore.
