I signed up at Fit Brea w three of my friends a month ago. We absolutely love it!!! The coaches are great and very attentive. They give us pointers and encourage us to lift heavier. The workouts are almost like a personal training session every day, without the PT price tag. I think we have found a home here. Give Fit Brea a try. You won't be sorry!

Started here in July of 2022 and can’t imagine training anywhere else. Extremely pleased I joined this gym. From the owner, coaches, front of house/staff, and gym members, everyone is friendly and this place feels like a family. The facility has everything needed for one to succeed: appropriate equipment, motivating coaches, and training plans. Each group training day will be something new and challenging, but also fun. Join today, you won’t regret it.

This place is awesome! The coach’s are what make this place special. Every single one of them is fantastic and their to help if you need to modify any movement. Place is always super clean. All the members are friendly and very welcoming. Definitely check them out if you’re looking for a small community gym!

Excellent instructors and facility, FIT BREA knows what they are doing! Progression each week and work outs are varied and carefully planned. Equipment and all parts of facility are in great condition.

FIT Brea is one of the best places ever! The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and extremely nice. Ever since coming here, I’ve noticed a change in my physical health and how my form and strength has gotten better. The gym is extremely clean and the group classes are definitely so fun! FIT Brea is the best!

Update 2024: FIT continues to prove that they believe in the importance of a gym lifestyle vs just a gym sesh. I continued to come here during my first pregnancy last year and they were so patient and accommodating. Now that I’m a new mom, FIT is both my outlet for my new busy life, and a huge part of my self care. Thank you to this entire team, and most of all, thank you to the gym owner Andrew for always striving to provide what’s best for his members. ———————- FIT Brea has continuously provided a safe, clean, and encouraging environment to grow within. The group classes still provide a personal feel, which is a reflection of how much each coach really cares about your progress. I always feel like I’m improving here, and that’s thanks to the ongoing dedication of the coaching staff. Not only do I value and trust the suggestions and corrections from each coach, they all provide a unique personality that makes each class special. Since I’ve come to FIT Brea, I haven’t had any interest searching elsewhere for a home. Thank you endlessly to all the staff and members here.

Update: I’ve been at FIT Brea now for 6 months and the impact has been amazing. I set a goal to work out at 5 times a week, and I was able to achieve that goal and have been consistent with my 5 day workouts for quite some time now thanks to the flexible schedule but most importantly amazing coaches. The members are also great and everyone has great energy, positive vibe and so encouraging to one another. I highly recommend FIT Brea for everyone regardless of your fitness Level! This is the place to be! Initial: I joined FIT Brea 3 years ago without any prior strength training whatsoever. I was intimidated at first but Andrew was great at explaining to me the types of workouts and out a plan for me on how to build up. All the coaches care about performance and most importantly form, and will modify the exercise when needed. When I decided to go back to the gym after Covid, I didn't have to think twice to come back to FIT Brea. It's just a great way to start the day with many options for group training, open gym and personal training. There is a strong sense of community here. The coaches and members are all supportive to each other. I highly recommend FIT Brea for anyone regardless of fitness level! You're goals will be achieved here!
