Unbelievable how this store closes at 7 every day, The hours from this company are very unprofessional, how come the store in salem is open until 9 but this store in methuen who is completely staffed closes early every day, most of us are at work and want to come find shoes for our kids after we get out. so now I have to go to Marshalls and see if I find something for my son all because these people can’t make up their minds in the hours.

Good prices love the store for my 4kids is a must

Took my 6 year old granddaughter here for a birthday outing. Great selection of shoes. Only one clerk on duty and she couldn't be bothered with assisting customers and could hardly drag herself to the register to take peoples money. Too bad cause otherwise the place was great

I went to see if they had anything different. They had a good selection, but I expected to see more Sketchers styles or some of the new styles shown on TV. Believe it or not I saw expensive slip on style shoes that I bought in Walmart for quite a bit less. I'll keep looking in Famous Footware, maybe I'll have better luck.

I had a NH store call to have them hold a pair of shoes for me. Drove 40 min the next day and no shoes set aside. I would have given 1 star but the staff were really nice in person.

The store didn't have large sizes like size 11 men's and had very limited variety in sizes. None of the shoes were really my style as the store was more safe in their selection and few were unique. They do, however, offer a large selection of socks and foot support items. Only one person was on duty while we were there although he was helpful.

Great selection and online ordering available ! Prices are competitive to other shoe stores. Marshalls is cheaper but less consistent selection. They have an app with brand specific coupons and attached rewards card with point system. I've shopped and been happy with women's and men's and boys and girls sneakers as well as boots. Friendly, helpful and informed staff.

My daughter went into this store today 2/24/18 with her father. As soon as they walked in they were being followed by employees from isle to isle. When my kids father told the employee to stop following them around the store, the employee replied with "it's his job to make sure no one steals" never again will we shop here and my 9 year old daughter should not have to feel like she is doing something wrong when she wasn't.
