Spectacular location right on the beach and many places available within walking distance. Beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms. The balcony view was fantastic and they have so much privacy that can sometimes be lacking elsewhere. Multiple convenient ways to access the beach (either through the pool area or from the second floor lobby) made getting there a breeze every time. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Plenty of light and windows in the common spaces making it a great atmosphere. The front desk people were amazing and friendly whenever we went to them.

Location, location location! Facility is so comfortable, view of the pools and ocean from our balcony room was perfect! They cleaned our room every day! Lobby is open & bright with floor to ceiling windows viewing the pool areas. The pool area is connected to neighboring hotels Holiday Inn and Hilton, you can also enjoy their pools but we stayed at our pool because it was the best. Breakfast was good - loved the spinach quiche & egg frittata- hubby liked the breakfast sandwiches- otherwise all the typical breakfast offerings- cereal yogurt bagels eggs sausage etc coffee was very good - bananas for fruit. OMG the lazy River pool was just wonderful. There were lots of young families staying here. We never experienced any rowdiness or anyone causing a commotion. The music throughout facility was nice. There were plenty of lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas. Also have an adult pool and hot tub area. Recommend daily piña coladas from Fish heads! Every single person working on property was extremely friendly/helpful. They gave us complimentary perks for our 40th anniversary! We didn’t want to leave!

The ocean view from the room was amazing. We even had awesome views of the bay from the elevator area. The breakfast was good, ample parking ($10 per night), comvenient on-site store. Our family enjoyed the lazy river & hot tub. The boardwalk, pier, restaurants, and trolley stops are just a short walk away giving an added bonus to the hotel location. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever staying in Pensacola!

We have stayed at several hotels on Pensacola Beach over the years, and this one was the best! The staff was friendly and helpful, the entire hotel was spotless, and the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The pools/lazy river/hot tubs were phenomenal, and the outdoor area was connected to neighboring hotel pools which was an unexpected bonus! We were able to walk next door to get ice cream cones at the Holiday Inn without leaving the pool area. We had an oversized balcony with furniture, which was well worth the few extra bucks. It easily accommodated a family of 4 for just hanging out or sharing meals. There was ample seating all over the hotel and by the pools, which is saying something during the summer months. We really appreciated the availability of pool towels, the filtered water stations to fill up water bottles, and the fact that the room had a full-sized tub, not just a shower stall. The breakfast gets 4 stars due to the lack of sweeter items (my kids were looking for muffins, danishes, pancakes, etc.) but there was still quite a variety of decent items to choose from. We loved the fact that there were fresh bananas and oranges available all day. Another bonus was the adjoining restaurant, Fish Heads. We ate several meals there for the convenience, and were impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. This hotel is 100% family friendly and really made our vacation, especially since the gulf was closed to swimming the whole time we were there. We won't be able to stay anywhere else now!

If you have kids this is a great place to stay. If you are going away on a romantic getaway, stay away. This place is filled with tons of unsupervised kids. When in the pool area kids were throwing rocks, climbing the waterfalls, and running across areas that are restricted. No one is on the pool deck to clean, remove towels, and or monitor. Anyone can enter, so when booking take all this into consideration. Rooms were clean. Beds super uncomfortable. Hotel vibe, not resort vibe.

The location is amazing. The views from the room were also amazing. The.room itself smelled heavily of carpet cleaner. The air-conditioning unit failed at night and no tech was available to fix it until 1 hour before checkout. Called the front desk at a little after 2am and tech showed up at 10am just before checkout. Nothong was done to try and compensate for a very unrestful night, which was surprising for this caliber of hotel.Overall the location has a lot to offer, I think we just got an unlucky stay

Fantastic location. Got a suite with bunk beds for the kids. Straight excess to the beach. Very nice lazy river pool and spas. Our room AC blower wasn't working and it never got to be comfortably cold in the main bedroom. I spoke with the maintenance tech who said it was pn his list of things to fix but the blower was never fixed during our stay. So I give the rooms a 3 star what would be 5 stars. Breakfast is included and there's a good beach side restaurant.

Great property! Awesome breakfast. Fitness center is first class. Resort pool and lazy river are fun. Pool side eats and drinks are perfect. Great resort!
