I have been so happily surprised by how much I am learning and how much stronger I'm getting at Elite. The teachers are so skilled, not just in Karate but also in teaching. I am 66 and because of my age I'm not as flexible as I wish i were. When i struggle with some of the moves, the teachers always find ways to break rolls, kicks and other moves down into small pieces that i can do and then put them together. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the people at this school are and how much more strength I've gained in a few months. The other thing I've gained is confidence. We practice defending ourselves in many different ways in every class, and having this knowledge makes me feel safer. Another wonderful benefit is that all of the people in the classes are so helpful. Respect for others is all part of the education here, and I LOVE going.

Great people to interact with. The trainers are very professional, my daughter enjoys all her sessions and I really like coming to this place. a very kind and friendly environment. They treat you like your own family.☺️

Excellent martial arts program for the kids. Our daughter has been going here for 8+ months and it’s been so good for her coordination and focus. Joshu Niki is amazing and the whole team is great. The instructors provide just the right blend of physical activity and discipline, with some fun to keep it entertaining for the kids. Watching the kids grow their character and confidence is amazing! Highly recommended!

We have been members of Elite Martial Arts for almost 2 years. I love how great the instructors are with my two children. My son started when he was 4, they helped him with confidence and respecting others and themselves. We couldn't be happier. We love them and they are highly recommended.

My Great granddaughter attends karate classes in Rockaway, N J for about two years. During that time she has gained self confidence while learning self defense. The children learn while having fun, in a structured environment. No matter how large or small the class may be, the instructors keep the kids interested, and eager to learn. The staff is courteous, friendly, treats the children as well as their parent/grandparents with respect. Jocelyn A looks forward to her classes every week.
