I miss the dine in option that left after covid. The place doesn't have the same atmosphere anymore without tables and a place to enjoy your food. The counter staff are very friendly. They remember the utensils and all of the napkins and details, which make it a great take out experience. The bagels are the best. Very fresh and delicious with a great variety. I bought the Nova Lox, which was really delicious and a dozen bagels with schmear. The garlic bagels are the bomb!

First time going was today. The "All Nighter" breakfast sandwich was excellent. My issue is when it came to the coffee.... the morning medium blend was completely empty, when I told the staff they were very pleasant and said they would whip up a new pot, but being in a rush I decided to go with the Dark blend. Went to pour in a little half and half and that was empty also. Half way down the road I took my first sip and the coffee was cold and tasted like it had been sitting. So $8 down the drain as my wife didn't want her coffee either. Coffee was between $3.49 and $3.99 a cup for a non specialty. The specialty bagel sandwiches started around $7 and up. Not much to choose from for children that I saw. If the sandwich didn't taste as good as it did I would be all done and never go back, but I'm willing to give this place one more go!

After much thought I have decided to add to my original review. The previous week I had gone into Einstein Bagels and was given great service and it was a pleasurable visit. Completely different than my husband's visit.......Always a fan of Einstein bagels. My husband and I moved six years ago out of state. Whenever we are up visiting family we stop by to purchase bagels. This last visit my husband waited 35 minutes in line to purchase a bakers dozen bagels for us to take home. He was told that they couldn't fill his order as they were saving the bagels in case they got a large order. The bins were full and he stated he didn't need them to be cut or didn't anything else. The employee then told him that he needed to place his order on the Einstein bagel app. He stated he didn't have the app. After a bit of back and forth conversation regarding the app the empoyee stated the order would be filled. It was not until he arrived home that we found the order was filled incorrectly and there were only 12 not 13 bagels as advertised. Not the same place as it was six years ago.

Great Six Cheese bagel. Nice and light and fluffy with good cheesy flavor. They still don't have any indoor seating, not since the pandemic. I miss being able to sit there and eat with my daughter. Update: As mentioned in the reply—thanks!), Einstein's Bros. in Concord is now counter service only. 👍

Great bagels. Awful customer service. I ordered through DoorDash for pick up and when I got there I asked if they had my order and they pretty much looked at me like I had 3 heads and said “no we don’t have an order for you” as I ordered almost $40. lol. Finally showed them my ordered and they told me that they let someone else take my order. Luckily they remade it, but gave my boyfriend and I attitude.

Always open during their posted hours. Food is delicious and fresh! Employees are always cheerful and seem to enjoy working together. Great place to stop in and grab bagels, sandwich, or even just a hot cup of coffee(BEST coffee around, hands down)! Stop in and see for yourself!

Service was good, but the food really isn't anything impressive. We got two sandwiches and two bagels with cream cheese, and at best the food was adequate. It is typical chain restaurant quality. I would pick Panera Bread over Einstein in the future.
