Sort of weird. They really emphasized their Drive-thru out front. To actually enter, just come around to the parking lot, and you'll see the entrance. I like that you just order on the screen. They do have outdoor seating too, but to seats and the furniture look a little wornout. Still are to sit down at least.
Donuts ,breakfast sandwiches and coffee are very good. I can't understand why it's freezing in there all the time.! Doesn't the manager know how to use the thermosta!!!!it's got to be on 50° or less. This was in the summer and now too. Can't even sit inside .
The latte was good, but not happy with the size of the ham and cheese (super small), considering such high prices. Not worth it. Mom and pop donut shops are way better when it comes to prices, as well as ham and cheese.
Dropped in for a cup of coffee. It wasn't as hot as it should have been, but hey, coffee from a massive chain. They had a nice little set up outside but all the furniture was worn down, if not broken, and stained all over. Then there was a crazy homeless guy that walked in.
Surprisingly large good breakfast sandwich. Fresh bread very lightly toasted. Was expecting the usual, salty, greasy fast food blob.
First timer here and a chocolate lover as well so I definitely had to try their Caramel Chocolate Cold Brew and it is literally perfect! Definitely my new favorite

Living, actual real human beings were ignored by the staff, who were focused on online orders.
I waited 15 minutes, and not one person came to the cash register to ask anyone waiting if they needed help.
Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else for your coffee.
By far the best dunkin' donuts in LA wish other ones were on par. Great staff and management!
