There policy SUCKS!! ON RETURN Capital City Store. Brought my grandson a pair of sneakers needed a 1/2 size larger. Tired to return didn't and couldn't!! So I purchased the same sneaker in the right side. What upset me. Sales person asked for my phone number to look me up.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a good selection of sneakers and shoes. Some of the sale prices were so good, I ended up buying several pairs of shoes.
Staff. Were nice, but product given for store pickup damaged around toe and sole. Was last pair in size so I can't exchange for another pair and it was for school.

I love to stop at the Villa on my way home from work. You can almost always find a deal along with the hottest shoes/clothes on the market. Most of the staff is professional and helpful!
The Coolest, the gentleman that helped me on Sunday evening we're very courteous, they went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for with the money I had available to me. Honestly the best experience I had with customer service in the last month ,you guys rock!
They never answers their phone or when you do an online order never give you the pin once it’s delivered.
